“There were issues with the phone I wasn’t expecting though the phone still performs all the functions with no issues.
A busted speaker and lack of consistent haptic feedback on my home button were disappointments though not surprises at this price point.
It just would have been a bit better to have (at least the phone speaker issue) upfront knowledge.
I additionally had to buy a brand new phone after I dropped this one and the screen busted under a screen protector in a case. Will not recommend this company.”

I love it❤️ My battery life is all there & im so grateful, it said good condition so I was expecting a few scratches but it was really in tip top shape so I was happy bout that & the portrait mode is awesome.. the phone isn’t slow either.. everything runs smoothly.. ima happy camper 🥰 oh, I’m in Bama & they are in Texas so it took like 4 days I believe so that was good too !!”
“Overall experience great however several times during calls the person on other end states they hear a crackling sound that I cannot hear. I think it is related to microphone on the phone I purchased on up trade. Therefore phone is not in stated condition as it is not functioning properly. I did iOS update thinking it may be related and seemed to stop but then started again after allowable return time of 30 days.”
“I would like to update my previous bad review. I sent my iPhone to this company but could not get a hold of anybody. Ryan from customer service called me today and reassured me that they did in fact receive my phone and apologized for me not being able to get ahold of them. He told me that they are still a small company and when I tried calling they were in a weekly meeting. No problem. He said within a hour I would receive an email stating the value for my phone. I did get an email with the price they are going pay which is exactly what they quoted me online. I should be getting a check within 2 weeks. It is always nerve wracking sending an expensive phone to a company that you do not know. I am glad that Ryan reached to me about this issue and made it right. Thank you!”
“This is actually an update to my other review for Uptrade, which I rated very low. (I was not able to edit my original review, so I am re-submitting.) Basically, Uptrade contacted me about my issues and sincerely resolved them. If you are having a problem, call them and they will take care of it. If the issue is out of their hands (I.e. shipping or a problem with the phone), they will still work with you to resolve. I do recommend this company.”
“I’m happy with my purchase, I was just a little disappointed that I paid extra for 3-4 day shipping but it took about a week and a half. I know that shipping is mostly out of the company’s control, but would have been nice to get it sooner. When the phone did come it worked well and I was quite pleased with the quality at the price I paid.”
