I find it very hard to Express the disappointment and sadness your establishment has caused my household. It is now thirty minutes passed midnight, on Christmas Eve. I am a single father of an exceptionally deserving, amazing 13 year old girl. My daughter wanted one thing, and one thing only from her father this Christmas. An iPhone X. I struggle ever single day to provide my daughter with what she deserves. I did absolutely EVERYTHING I could to come up with the money to give my daughter what she deserves. I gave my very last dollar to you people. I ordered the phone on Wednesday the 17th. Priority Shipping. Now its about to be Christmas morning, I CAN NOT sleep. Because I gave my money to you and I have absolutely nothing for my daughter on Christmas morning.”

“I wrote a review earlier and now I'm updating it after I've received a second phone. I'll give the whole story.
I first ordered an iPhone SE that was advertised as "Best" condition and having 85% battery capacity. The battery went from 100 to 1% in 1 hour of use. It also doesn't report battery life accurately, so it may die suddenly when it says 50%. Customer service was very bad too. First, the phone shipped out 1 week late. Secondly, I talked to 2 separate people about this issue and both times, they said they'll look into the issue and get right back to me, and then they forgot about it. So after 3 days of consecutive calls, I finally got a shipping label to return the phone and options to exchange it for a better one (same price, so not really a "deal"). This only occurred after I spoke with the Customer Service Manager, who argued with me for 20 minutes and insinuated they couldn't help me further because I wrote them a 1-star review that accurately described the situation.
Now I have an iPhone 6S and yes, it's better, but still has battery issues. It says it's at 85% capacity, but I need to charge it at noon if I want to use it for the rest of the day. It actually just died when it reported 50% battery. It looks like the saga continues and I'll need to pay to have the battery replaced, which will cost me another $40.
I give them 2 stars because at least they tried to remediate the first situation. However, the phones they sell kind of suck and so does their customer service.”
“Paid for expedited and shipping was delayed. Tracking showed shipping labels printed and delay was in release from facility. Called and no update was provided.”
“Sending in my iPhone was a simple process. I received updates and notifications via email as well as SMS to keep me aware of the process. I appreciated them sharing a video of the unboxing process to see that my phone arrived safely. There was an issue where they disagreed with the stated condition of my phone, but after I reached out to customer support I was contacted directly and we were able to sort it out. I really appreciated them calling me and making things right. I would suggest that they include photos any time they disagree with the stated condition of a phone, just to avoid confusion. I will definitely consider UpTrade again in the future.”
“Shipping took a little long (in the age of one day prime shipping we are spoiled lol). But it’s really not a big deal for me. Phone was perfect, just as described. Would order again.”
“Devices are inexpensive and great quality. They also have unique photos of every device which was a nice touch. Gave me the confidence to buy based on the pictures of the condition. Worked out well!”
“Never heard of these guys before but decided to try them out after seeing an endorsement from another website. The first purchase went fine but it seemed to have taken them forever to start shipping. What’s up with that? You have the product. Just mail it!
The second purchase they flubbed by sending me the wrong product. So now I have to wait for them to get their product back on top of the wait on shipping it to me and their usual delay after the order.
And then very disappointingly, there is another delay before they ship out the right item and they didn’t even expedite it.
They don’t seem to be an honest and conscientious operation and you see that when things don’t go as planned, however if they can work out the (startup?) bugs they could be excellent. I would still buy from them again.”
