“We have been very happy with the quality of the 3 pictures we have purchased from Urban Road. We have purchased a 4th picture that has not been delivered and we have had no explanation as to what the hold up is, so that is very frustrating.”

“Urban Edge art is of a high standard. They were prompt and kept us informed of all stages up to delivery. The little details like the felt padded corners that contact the wall was a great unexpected bonus. Will use again as they are very reasonably priced also.”

“Print arrived buckled and has line creases in it. Given the cost of the print I would expect it to be packaged better to avoid an issue such as this.”

“I was very pleased with the artwork I chose. The service I received from Urban Road was very good and although the delivery took longer than I anticipated (but wasn't an issue) I was kept informed via tracking. The artwork arrived in good condition and was easy to put up on the wall.”

“I have ordered a print, which can’t be framed without an additional expense of using a mat board around it as the print is too close to the edge of the paper. I have contacted Urban road for a feedback and all the response I received was asking why I used an external framer instead of ordering it already framed.”
