“I was very impressed at the resolution of damaged art in freight. Once verified with photos I was given a direct reorder and the new shipment arrived quickly. When things go wrong, it really matters how a reputable business responds - well done UrbanRoad.”

“The picture hooks at each end of the wire that is meant be secured into the wood looks very weak. They may come out. But I hope they dont. The delivery was not carried out the first attempt they just left a card. Very lazy. There were instructions to leave by the door. But this did not happen. Second attempt was carried out. I dont think the couriers care. May-Ann”
