I see that we reached out to Racingline as per our email and you informed us that VWR was sending you the missing part and you were fine with the kit. We are always willing to help our customers get the correct parts to do the job. You can always contact us by phone as well if you are in the middle of the install.

These exhausts are a direct bolt-on to your factory system and do not require modification to install. I am not sure if you were missing items from the kit or if you have an aftermarket downpipe. You can always reach out to us if you have issues as we would be more than happy to help out.

“Obd11 was suppose to come with pro subscription code as advertised but when I entered the code it was for 20 credits not the subscription. Other than that no other issues; everything arrived early and packaged very well unlike other companies. I will be ordering from them again.”

We apologize as Bosch has discontinued the 044 pumps. The part is superseded by a universal pump that requires modification for the installation. We are working with you via email to get this resolved and will continue our support via email as we want to make this right.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have sold a lot of these kits and have not had any issues with them not fitting. These kits are meant to fit the stock mounts as that is what they are made for. The part should not require any modification to fit. “I liked the sticker, looked really nice. Went to put it on the car and when pealing the paper off the sticker ripped, so I started on the other side and it ripped again.”

“I ordered the kit on 1/10, now being 1/24 and still have not received the product. While the UROTuning team got the order out the door, FedEx has re-routed the package 5 times. URO did their part and understand shipping sucks right now... But I want my parts...”

“Sad to say the rating is 3 star but it’s mainly due to the manufacturer not Urotuning. Urotuning themselves went above an beyond giving me updates as soon as they had received them, I did wait over 3 months for (straight from the manufacturer , in all honesty a part with mediocre at best quality, and when I opened the shipping box I smelled nothing but fresh paint , so as you could assume I already had a bad feeling in my gut. As I pulled the Racing dynamics CAI out of the box I noticed quiet a few flaws in an apparent material that had to be shipped to the manufacturer which seems basically a soft resin based fiber glass to give it some flex but let’s be real the racing dynamics sticker looked flawless , next step was installation which was an extremely poor figment for a part that from what I read was specifically designed for the e46 sedan. No that part I wasn’t all too worried about being I was planning on doing some personal modifications to accommodate a catch can, (note: the installation was more of a mock up and not a finished product.) overall the experience with Urotuning and their fantastic customer service was a 10/10 but the Racing dynamics CAI was sub par at best and personally could have made the part my self for a third of the cost I’d definitely rate it 3/10 bc with how grainy and dirty the product was the logo came out perfect.”

In the event, an item arrives at you and you are not happy with the product you can contact us immediately as we would be more than happy to start a return/exchange for you.
