Shipping was good and everything was in tack but one of the spark plugs was different than the other 3, wasn't a big deal just went to auto zone then.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The needle being off is normal as it needs to be calibrated. To do this you will need to get to the back of the gauge itself. You will come across a sticker that is covering the calibration window. Inside the gauge, you will see the calibration brass ring. You will need a small flat head screwdriver to move the brass ring inside the gauge either up or down to calibrate the needle. MAJOR complaint (and your sales/support tech made no knowledge of this aware), Eurodyne Maestro (or any other "off the shelf" tuning software) is useless (for DIY'ers like me) for all the bolt on upgrades done on this project thus spent money for nothing. Shame on you and shame on me.

That you for taking the time to leave a review. The O2 sensor spacers can help remove a CEL from the vehicle, however, it is not a sure fix. In most cases, a tune will remove the light from the vehicle. The reason we are not able to take the item back is that they are no longer in new and unused condition. We have to think in terms of being fair for the next customer that is expecting a new and unused item.

We deliverd all the parts to the installer and they had good comments about the seats but didn't have all the right parts. the sliding mechanism was the wrong one and we now have the correct part on order through ECS. The mechanic confirmed and ordered the parts so we will incur another from ECS. I need to return the the sliders Uro sent and be credited. Sounds like when everything comes together it's going to be nice. But I have not seen the finished product yet.

Customer service was really slow to respond initially. Some of the parts I ordered did not work correctly and UroTuning was not willing to grant a refund or exchange.

They sent 1.8t lifters by mistake once I notified them of mistake they made me perchance another set so I could get them shipped asap I did get right ones in the end tho

The insert was a breeze to install and feels great ,the slight bit of vibration was expected and will maybe go away after a couple hundred miles, and paired with my new stage 2 clutch it’s a great feeling

We are happy to hear that you are enjoying the dogbone insert. These parts are known for causing vibration as it takes all of the "give" away from the stock mount. Which in turn, makes it essentially a solid mount. These are great for race applications but can be harsh for everyday driving.

Well unfortunately when my exhaust showed up. It was missing two long pieces that connect after the mid resonator pipe. Secondly, one of my exhaust tips was damaged and dented up. Its been over 3 weeks since i ordered this kit, i still havnt received my parts and tips yet. You would think someone would check these kits out before they send them. Especially since these exhaust kits are expensive. I cant really review the exhaust yet, but the ordering and shipping has been a disaster.

Most everything was good and arrived quickly. The Veltsport manual timing tensioner had to be modified in order to get it to fit as the bracket was too large for my application. I already sent pictures to someone who contacted me about the instagram post I made that showed the fitment before and after I took the part to my shop and sanded down the piece. I was also mailed the wrong accessory belt and need to set up the return for that. Definitely a better experience that what I had with ECS Tuning but still not without problems.

The hanger of mufflers were too short I had to take em to a shop to weld/add a piece to be able to mount the rear mufflers

We are very sorry to hear that there were some issues with your exhaust hangers. AWE makes these exhausts to the exact specs of the vehicle's platform. With that being said, these are a direct bolt-on and should not have any issues with installation. The app used to track our orders works for the most part but it gave me wrong delivery dates and inaccurate tracking data for the package. The app said it was at my house when I called UPS it was still in Florida.

We apologize as it appears the shipping app, pulls information from the UPS tracking website. The item was sitting at a UPS facility for a while before it moved so it did delay the estimated ship date. We apologize for the delays with the shipping company as this is something that is out of our control.

You guys didn’t give me a hose for my diverter valve. Not very good instructions. Kinda sucks to get almost done and realize I can’t hook my diverter to TIP referring to the afe stage 2 intake for Audi b6 a4
