“I like my hoses and the color it just took so long to receive them. I think in the future if a product is out of stock an order should not be placed until stock is received”

“Talked with one of your people about a turbo muffler and making sure it was the right one for the 2021 VW Tiguan. Well, it did not fit the car and set off a check engine light. The funny part is that the manufacture even said it would fit but it didn’t.”

Thank you for leaving a review on the motorsport banner. I am sorry to hear that there may have been an issue with the banner. Are you able to provide us photos of the issues? We have sold a lot of these and have not had any issues with them. With the motorsports banner, the letters will not fill out the whole windshield. As you can see in the photos on our site.

“I entered in my year make and model of my Audi A4 b9 FWD. I ordered a cold air intake but was unaware that I needed one that was compatible for a MAF sensor. Figured the company would’ve let me know that it “does not fit” but it didn’t. Had to send part back. Not happy since it took a month to receive to be let down by the wrong part being delivered.”

The part does fit the B9 A4, however, as noted on this item it only works on MAF-Less cars. The site will filter your search to parts that work for your vehicle platform. However, it is always best to check the description of the items as we will note this information. We are working with you via email to get this resolved and will make this right for you. The shipping cost is based on your location and straight from USPS or FedEx depending on which option you go with. These prices are something that is out of our control. We do offer free shipping on most orders $49 and up.

“My delivery was supposed to be delivered September 4th 2021. It is now September 15th. I’m am disappointed in the shipping aspect of Urotuning. Will I ever get my package?”

Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control as the package is in the hands of USPS. I have reached out to USPS to see if we can put a trace on the package. This should still arrive however, is arriving late.

“I am giving this 3/5. The quality, sound and look with the tips installed is very good. The fit and finish is also good however my kit was missing a 4” length piece that is needed to connect to the factory down pipe and also the rear muffler did not have any way to utilize the factory hanger. My shop had to weld the factory hanger to the rear muffler to make the system fit properly.”

“These adapter would of been better in steel. They seized to my hubs and literally had to beat then off I ruined all four. Had to order 4 more,because no one has this specific size. Going to try a lttle antiseize this time.”

We are very sorry to hear that the adapters were destroyed when attempting to remove them. It is always best to clean the hubs with a wire brush and or sandpaper to free them from rust/corrosion. “I received half of my order in a timely manner. The other half of my order sat for a week at the FedEx 30 minutes away from its destination due to an unreadable shipping barcode. Item was returned to sender and then reshaped. Still awaiting new shipment to arrive.”
