“My delivery was supposed to be delivered September 4th 2021. It is now September 15th. I’m am disappointed in the shipping aspect of Urotuning. Will I ever get my package?”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We shipped this order out right away, it looks like USPS is having some delays getting these parts to you. Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control as the package is in the hands of USPS. I have reached out to USPS to see if we can put a trace on the package. This should still arrive however, is arriving late.

“I am giving this 3/5. The quality, sound and look with the tips installed is very good. The fit and finish is also good however my kit was missing a 4” length piece that is needed to connect to the factory down pipe and also the rear muffler did not have any way to utilize the factory hanger. My shop had to weld the factory hanger to the rear muffler to make the system fit properly.”

“These adapter would of been better in steel. They seized to my hubs and literally had to beat then off I ruined all four. Had to order 4 more,because no one has this specific size. Going to try a lttle antiseize this time.”

We are very sorry to hear that the adapters were destroyed when attempting to remove them. It is always best to clean the hubs with a wire brush and or sandpaper to free them from rust/corrosion. “I received half of my order in a timely manner. The other half of my order sat for a week at the FedEx 30 minutes away from its destination due to an unreadable shipping barcode. Item was returned to sender and then reshaped. Still awaiting new shipment to arrive.”

I am not sure what might have happened to the shipping label on the package, however, we will let the supplier know so that they can maybe tape the label down well so that this does not happen again. “Shipping was good and everything was in tack but one of the spark plugs was different than the other 3, wasn't a big deal just went to auto zone then.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The needle being off is normal as it needs to be calibrated. To do this you will need to get to the back of the gauge itself. You will come across a sticker that is covering the calibration window. Inside the gauge, you will see the calibration brass ring. You will need a small flat head screwdriver to move the brass ring inside the gauge either up or down to calibrate the needle. “MAJOR complaint (and your sales/support tech made no knowledge of this aware), Eurodyne Maestro (or any other "off the shelf" tuning software) is useless (for DIY'ers like me) for all the bolt on upgrades done on this project thus spent money for nothing. Shame on you and shame on me.”

That you for taking the time to leave a review. The O2 sensor spacers can help remove a CEL from the vehicle, however, it is not a sure fix. In most cases, a tune will remove the light from the vehicle. The reason we are not able to take the item back is that they are no longer in new and unused condition. We have to think in terms of being fair for the next customer that is expecting a new and unused item.

“We deliverd all the parts to the installer and they had good comments about the seats but didn't have all the right parts. the sliding mechanism was the wrong one and we now have the correct part on order through ECS. The mechanic confirmed and ordered the parts so we will incur another from ECS. I need to return the the sliders Uro sent and be credited. Sounds like when everything comes together it's going to be nice. But I have not seen the finished product yet.”
