“Ordered 23mm bushing that said for the vehicle, however when I went to install them, they did not fit. Part numbers on bushing did not match website”

We are very sorry to hear that the bushing did not fit your vehicle. The part number is correct as the manufacturer uses their own internal part numbers. This is a 23 mm sway bar bushing, are you able to confirm what size sway bar you have? We would be more than happy to help get this resolved for you!

“Pretty good party selections, prices are competitive. Most parts arrive in a reasonable time. Took nearly a year to get my sway bar in. Was left wondering if my order had been forgotten, pretty sure it had been until I reached out myself. Selection of parts is pretty good, prices are competitive.”

“I have an issue with a lip for Audi. The specification on the website is a bit tricky. look at the image attached. After that, I lost 100 USD in UPS and the other 10% per your vendor... You should re-check your refund policy.”

“The part I ordered was perfect! No problems with it. The only problem I had was shipping. I paid extra for 2day air shipping and it still took 7 days to arrive. I contacted FedEx and they said it wasn’t their fault.”

Thank you for leaving a review. I just took a look at your order and I see this package was delivered to you within 2 business days. The package was shipped out on 8/3 and delivered on 8/5. Are you able to tell me if this was delivered to a neighbor by mistake? I am not sure what happened as to why this took 7 days when the tracking shows 2.

“On the website it wasn’t clear what parts were needed, so I ordered what they recommended. When I contacted them about an estimated ETA, they didn’t know since they’re only a middle-man and the parts were to be shipped directly from another supplier, hence no idea on delivery to coordinate shop time. Frustrating. When the parts came in there was an extra part that didn’t make sense from what I saw was required for the repair so I called the supplier directly and they informed me that it wasn’t correct for my year model. Again, frustrating. Won’t do business with these young bucks again.”

“Great cold air intake, easy to install took only 5 mins. Only problem I had with it is the heat shield was for the air intake that doesn't have a SAI so I had to drill a hole to secure the SAI to the shield”

We apologize that this heatshield does not come with the hole for the SAI filter anymore. This design change was updated on our site prior to your order. Unfortunately, CTS does not offer the hole in the heatshield however, they state the SAI can be routed around the intake without issues if you do not wish to drill the heatshield.

“I love the look of these but there are a few things I'm not too happy with. The rubber boot that seals the coil packs aren't as good as factory coils, they seal only at the top and not down the sides. The retainer bolts aren't as long as factory either. So I ended up using the stock retainer bolts. I'm not sure about the performance yet because it's been so hot outside lately. They did fix the misfire issue though.”

“Im pleased with Urotuning's customer service and prompt response to my inquiry about the status of my order on a CTS Turbo exhaust I purchased from them. However I was pleased with the exhaust I received cause it wasn't fully polished as it was depicted on the website and from their description of the product I would receive.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear that you are overall pleased with the exhaust. The exhaust should be polished on the tips and the visible parts. The ad does not state the exhaust is fully polished, though.

“Urotuning was fine to deal with. Responsive to questions in a timely fashion. The product....very disappointed. The top and bottom mounting plates of the bags were 5 degrees off from one another. That doesn't seem like much but these were a replacement set for truck. I had to die grind out the mounting holes in the truck to accommodate. I spent a lot of time and money custom fabricating and powder coating the parts on the truck when I did it 10 years ago. Now I have to repair the paint and not to mentions taking a half hour job and turning it into a 2 hour job. Thanks slam specialties....”

“This is a nice looking exhaust. All of the quality control issues you read about online appear to have been sorted out as well. My only gripe is that it doesn't actually sound "good." It makes noise, but it doesn't have any type of tone (and that's because it doesn't have mufflers). Sounds great when you fire up the car though. And it's not that it sounds bad, per se, it just doesn't sound good. I had a Borla on my GTI, and I think that sounded a lot better. For the next batch they should also weld on another hanger, to utilize the factory one that you don't re-use.”
