Part arrived damaged and or used. Customer service was not just useless but a disappointment. When you tell me the part was damaged in shipping with a perfect package of e every individual part no the part came from you in that condition. Lesson learnt, buy quality parts like this CTS kit from somewhere else that respects their customers!

Not happy i bought the forge intake kit and when i received the package i only got part of the order only received forge diverter valve and inlet hose but no forge intake i was very upset emailed 4 times nothing thanks

We had no idea USPS was having issues with this delivery, it looks like for some reason your package is in Australia. We went ahead and duplicated your shipment and we are getting this out today via USPS again, no additional charge.

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BFI CATCH CAN. I have placed the order on 28th Aug, Before placing the order i had a word with the sales representative that the item is in stock and will ship within 2-3 business days. I placed the order and the product was not shipped for a month. After numerous mails and calls, i got the product. Regarding the product. It is top notch and the quality is superior compared to other catch cans, it includes a boost tap as well which can be blocked or used for vacuum read-outs Highly impressed with the Catch-Can from BFI Overall the experience would have been better if UROTuning would have been optimistic about the product delivery, Hence the low rating

I checked the emails our salesperson had with BFI and they said 2-3 days before the order was placed and 2-3 days on the original PO once we submitted it with them. We pride ourselves on being as transparent and helpful as we can be, with the information we have from our vendors. Was never received i guess supposedly it was delivered but never seen signed for or anything so don't know if it was delivered or stolen

Hello Johnny, I deeply apologize that you dod not receive your package. We only have customers sign for verification for certain dimension packages, or customer requested. I do see that you paid for the route shipping insurance. You will need to start a claim with them as they will cover the lost package. Horrible service they have the option to pay for express early am delivery for 250$ more but refused to tell me that it was to late in the day on Friday night when I purchased a clutch kit for my car I paid 855 for my clutch with shipping didn’t get it the mail said the dropped the clutch off in my back porch around mid day but I was soo shocked they would leave it in the back with no significant signature or anything horrible service I didn’t even get an apology.. I will be sure to leave a horrible review online

The shipping method selected on your order was Express 1-3 day and not the early AM option as you mentioned. We do our best to let customers know that express shipping does not include weekends or holidays on our checkout page. I apologize if you did not see that information, we also ask for you to call us as our team can help set up a Saturday delivery or AM if available. Looking at your tracking this was shipped express and delivered on the next business day which was Monday. We take customer service very seriously here and are always willing to help customers get their items on time. You can always call or text us when placing your order to ensure you will get the parts when needed.

I bought this device expecting to unlock or activate the Easy entry exit of my 2019 A5 as well mirror dip. But didn't found anything related to those. And I was supposed to get 200 credit point with the purchase and activation of Pro version. I received only 11 credit points which are of no use. Even if I have to return this device which is of no use to me, it is going to cost me for shipping and the re-stocking fees which is ridiculous. I had high expectation about UROTUNING, but now, I would never buy any other product from them.

Hello Sasiteja! Thank you for leaving your review on this OBDeleven. This older OBDeleven unit used to come with a 200 credit code along with the PRO activation code. OBDeleven has released its new NextGen device and discontinued the included 200 credit codes included in the prior bundles. Our listing for this product no longer says the credits are included for this older product. These apps will bring in new coding and features, however, if you know the long coding changes that need to be made for the mirror dipping and easy entry, you can use the long coding options available with your PRO device. I ordered the red mk5 fsi intercooler and they shipped me a blue mk6 tsi intercooler not not mention it never arrived in 3 weeks I had to go pick it up and waste time

I have had a bad experienced with you guys cause it’s taking so long to get the diffuser and it didn’t fit 100% and you have a really bad service with shipping and answering questions. And its said that would come with the sticker but it didn’t.

The only reason I got this was because my 42dd exhaust has taken 2 months to ship out and still hasn’t been shipped . Uro timing was nice enough to compensate. Giving a low star because I would personally compensated in a different way but if that’s all they can do that’s all I can do to
