Ordered springs under the impression UroTuning had them in stock. Paid order. 1 week later received only partial order. I contact support. Rep tells me the springs are “DirectShip” and they don’t even have that part in stock (lol). Nobody from UroTuning ever even reached out to me to notify me that the springs are on back order or in stock in the first place. Now I’m here over 2 months later... springs are still on back order. Thanks COVID.

We are sorry to hear about your most recent experience with us. The items are marked as a direct ship on our site and not something that we stock. Unfortunately, we do not have a live inventory of our supplier's stock. Once the order is placed the manufacturer will let us know if an item is out of stock. In this case, it was out of stock. I do see we informed you of the ETA as soon as we were told by the manufacturer what the timeframe was. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. The USPS shipping is definitely moving much slower than normal, but this does appear to be in transit to you. I have contacted our CTS representative to see if anything can be done to speed this up. We apologize for the delays with your package as this item is coming from Canada. This item MUST pass through customs and is still in the process of passing through the customs department. Unfortunately, this is out of our control as USPS is being cautious about what they are letting in the country due to the pandemic. All of the orders coming from CA are getting delivered; however, they have extreme delays. We do greatly appreciate your patience while USPS processes this item.

I'm rather peeved at UPS. I thought to save from the discount but ended up paying $80 over regular price thanks to UroTuning using these assholes. So I will no longer be buying from here obviously. There's no point in getting dinged $100 duty. Kit is fine. But this doesn't help customers at all doing business with UPS.

We are very sorry for any confusion when placing your order as all international orders have duty and taxes that must be paid. Unfortunately, we have no control over these as your country will determine the cost depending on the value of the goods coming in. We do have the option to pre-pay taxes and duty fees at checkout.

No tech service from Forge or Urotuning. Zero return call or email from both regarding issues with a Forge blow off valve purchase. Very poor service.

Hey Timothy Thank you for leaving your review on the Ventus product. These ship from Canada and currently the tracking/transit from the Canada Post has definitely been a struggle. This is definitely in transit and not updating currently. I am sorry about the delays, please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any issue!

Hey Don!! Thank you for leaving your review. It appears you are actually looking to review the order you placed on the 27th but has not shipped yet. Some of the items on your order shipped from the Supplier directly. Those "direct-ship" items shipped when they were available. The last pieces on that order are arriving today, and your remaining components will ship out today!

Not happy with the product. I ordered it for my 1998 gti vr6. To start off the front sway bay was about 4 inches shorter than the stock one and there was no way it will fit with any end link. The rear one fits on the axle but has no way to bolt onto the brackets unless you were to completely remove your parking brake lines. Instructions were extremely unclear . I am forsure going to return this order and look at getting something of similar value becouse I still have faith in this company and would like to give them a second chance

Hey Grant! Thank you for submitting your review of this product. I am sorry to hear that this did not fit your vehicle. We use ST suspensions fitment information and this should have worked on your car, based on the year, engine and model provided, when cross-referenced with their website. There is a note on the ST website that this will only fit vehicles with a factory sway bar, but this should not apply to your car, as you have a stock sway bar. I can certainly assist you with the return of this item, and we will reach out to you via email.

I waiting a week and a half for a cheap, aftermarket switch that is faulty. I could have gone to AutoZone and purchased an aftermarket switch. If you're not going to stock these and fulfill them with junk, at least give a heads up that you don't have it. I love you guys and I buy a ton of stuff from you, but I am not impressed with this transaction. For a $10 part, I shouldn't have wasted my time.

As stated on the site the item is an aftermarket part and is not something that we have in stock. These are ordered from the supplier. We contacted urotuning about a clamp that was stripped and the filter that was bent and yet to have gotten a response so I'm very disappointed if this doesn't get resolved this will probably be the last purchase I make thank you

Junk! I ordered the Xpipe in November 2020 an I just recently had it installed and once it was installed I turned on the car and it had 4 loud and very noticeable leaks. 2 leaks were huge right on the Xpipe one on each side and 2 on the exit side. Even with the car on the ground you can clearly hear the air escaping an the more throttle I give it the louder it is. Definitely not what you except on a car of this caliber or a $600 part

If you do not receive this package within a week we will ship out a replacement for you and a return label to send the other one back to us once it arrives.

Hey Mark, Thanks for reaching out regarding your order! I took a better look at your order and it seems the issue may be caused by you ordering the wrong sized badge inserts. On the order it shows that instead of the MK6 Gli insert that is listed in your vehicle slot, you chose the standard Atlas insert in the vehicle drop down. I will reach out to you to send this back to us and have the correct inserts sent to you instead!
