The casting of the flange is not clean. Was not able to use to to areas of the casting interfering with the o-ring seals. Other surfaces were not smooth, they need to be as they are mating surfaces. Going to be submitting for a return. Was really hoping to use this upgrade to my system and not have to worry about leaks in the near future as this part is hard to get to.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the cast flange. Due to the nature of how cast parts are made, these parts can have some rough edges and extra slag. You can file it down smoothly. If you do not wish to clean up the cast we can take it back for a full refund.

Payed for 2 day shipping took 2 weeks somehow ended up in my area Maryland ended up in Seattle then back to me

Was sent cheap version of what was advertised, was told that's that followed buy a thertining email say I wasnt aloud to talk about the incident.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel that way. The package shipped out from us and is in the hands of UPS. It appears that UPS may have lost the package. We have reached out to them to start a trace on the package. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of UPS. As soon as we hear back from them you will be the first to know!

Well ,, May 10th I'd when I ordered the product. I was told 4 -8 weeks for the product to arrive. It is now August 17th and I have no product. I will never use UroTuning again. This is only the tip of the issue I had with my order. This review was to ask how I like my product, you mean the one I still don't have. Very unprofessional.

We are very sorry that you feel that way. Looking at your order the item shipped out within the 8 week lead time. UPS stated that the receiver was not available to receive the package on August 3rd. They attempted to deliver the package multiple times with no success. The item was then sent back to the manufacturer, which is where we are currently. We are working with the manufacturer to get the item shipped back out to you. This is something that is out of our control, unfortunately.

Ordered a product in June. Didn't ship till July 23rd. Tracking # still hasn't updated. Today is 8/10/2021. I just requested a refund. Will never shop here again.

We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. After looking into your order I see that the item was made to order direct from the manufacturer as stated on our site. This item had some delays while getting built as well as shipping. We requested with the manufacturer redirect the package back to them so we can refund you for the order at your request. As soon as they got back to us that they were able to redirect and credit us back. We issued the refund back to you immediately. I can assure you that this is not how we like to do business and we would hate to lose you as a customer. If you are willing to give us another chance we would like to make this right for you.

We apologize for the delays with USPS. We shipped this item the next business day and it appears this is still in transit to you. Unfortunately, this is out of our control as the post office gets this package to your country.

THE WORST!!!! Never again will i deal with or buy from Uro Tuning.com i found the parts on there web site i wanted and then called a spoke with someone on the phone and confirmed the part were available and ready to ship.(monday) being told yes i paid and paid EXTRA for the next day shipping. 4 days later i get half my order then a text saying the other half is on back order. and no E.T.A. strung me out the whole week through the weekend. now its the following tuesday finally i get a red on the phone to return the parts and get refunded. a standard RMA return form took them 2 days to get over to me. and as of this review i still have not been refunded my money. this was 1 month waiting on shocks and struts.

We are deeply sorry for all of the inconvenience with your recent order with us. The Koni rear shocks were in stock and shipped to you immediately. The fronts showed in stock before the order was placed, however, at the time the order came through and was processed the fronts were out of stock. We notified you of the delays right away, at that time you requested a return. We submitted the return request as per the policy on our site. Once we received the RMA number and information later that same day we emailed that to you. With all returns, we refund the money back to you right away. However, the banks can take 7-10 business days to process the refund on their end. This is something that is out of our control. We are sorry that you feel this way and that we could not get these items to you sooner. If you are willing to give us another shot we would like to make this right for you.

Uro tuning is the worst company I’ve ever worked with to get parts for a car. If you wanna order something, wait for a month for it to show up and still have it be the wrong part, go through them!

We are very sorry that you feel this way. Looking into this issue the item ordered was a direct ship from the manufacturer as stated on our site. When we reached out to the manufacturer for an ETA they let us know that this part was going to ship out the next day. At that point, you wanted to cancel the order. We put the request in with the manufacturer to cancel this order right away. The manufacturer did not cancel this order in time and the item shipped out. This is something that is completely out of our control. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. If this was an item that we had in stock we would have canceled it immediately and stop the item from leaving our warehouse. Since this was not the case, we had to rely on the manufacturer to stop the order.

was called after purchase to verify correct part was ordered. even after the fact, they still sent me the wrong one. I have been waiting weeks for customer service and am still waiting on a reply. paid for expeditedshipping, took 2 weeks to get it. worst automotive purchase experience to date

We are very sorry to hear that this part did not fit your vehicle. When your order was placed the manufacturer asked if your vehicle is US-spec or EU spec. We provided them with the information that you gave us and they stated this will fit your vehicle. We are reaching out to the manufacturer to get this resolved for you right away. Please understand that we do not make these parts, which is why we have to rely on the manufacturer's fitment guides. We will continue our communication via email. Website the fuel cap said it fit my mk5 gti 2.0t 2009 but didn’t fit at all pretty unless now since my car is total from being hit.

Took forever to be delivered to my house (2 1/2 months) never will order from UroTuning again. The side skirts I ordered were the wrong size and I had to cut them to have them fit my car. The side skirts were all scratched up and Was held at the USPS facility for a week total. No reason it needs to be held that long! Very disappointing! I would want some free stuff for the poor delivery

Very difficult to install, I have a wrap guy and he installed it but it wouldn’t stick very well and had a bunch of air bubbles even with doing it in a cool area and using water and soap solution

Ordered the SAI block off plate along with another part in April.. was told the other part was out of stock yet it was still listed as available on UroTunings website. Waited 2 months with and was told that the company hadn’t gotten back to UroTuning on when the part would be available… the part is still listed as available on the website despite not being available for the foreseeable future. Everyone says that ecs tuning is the worst place to order but so far I’ve had no issues with them and don’t really want to order from UroTuning again for fear of having to wait months for a part that ecs would have at my house in a week…

The part they sent me was the wrong dryer and it screwed up my entire weekend I had set aside to do it. I thought it was me at first but I double checked the part number I ordered with the dealer part number and I ordered the right one. But they sent me something different. Unfortunately it looks close to what is suppose to be in there with subtle differences. So when I got the part I thought it was right until I got the car torn apart and it wasn’t. I then tried calling customer service left a message and have not heard back that was 3 days ago. I ended up having to order one from rock auto and upgrade the shipping so I could get it in two days. I am a little annoyed to say the least
