Ordered 2 items. Shipping manifest with tracking showed 2 items. Only ONE item arrived. Few days later I was told the other item was on back order and wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. That would of been nice to know prior to ordering.

Honestly very upset with my recent experience with UroTuning. I purchased a rim which they showed in stock. I purchased it around mid April paid extra for 3 day shipping because I had bent my rim and it wouldn't hold air. A couple of days later they emailed me saying that is on backorder and I would have to essentially wait another month for the rim because they never actually had it in stock. It is now June and I have yet to receive my rim that I purchased. It's been so long that I sent out my bent rim to get fixed, and I've already had it on the car for a week at this point now. I haven't cancelled my order because at this point I will keep it as a spare, since it took so long that I ended up just repairing the rim so that I can finally drive my car.

Hello Dustin! Thank you for the feedback on your order. I am sorry that this took so long to fulfill from Aodhan. We do not stock most wheels, instead, utilizing a drop shipping fulfillment method. That being said it looks like we did issue a refund for the expedited shipping on this order as you requested. This wheel is expected to be delivered on Friday. 6 weeks is definitely on the longer side for a wheel from Aodhan. Hello Ryan! Thank you for your feedback on this order. It looks like the camshafts were shipped directly from IE for your order. Direct ship items can have a little longer processing time than parts that are in stock. However, I noticed that IE shipped this with ground shipping, instead of your selected 2 Day Serivce. Spacer did not fit my 2016 Golf R. I guess there is another one that is positioned differently and cost more. Would have been nice to know that....I'm not sure why they even offer this piece as a direct fit.

I placed my order in April 30th and it is now May 17th. I have not received my order nor a tracking number or an updated status. I sent an email to support but have not been contacted back yet. The product was expensive and I am very disappointed I have not received any updates yet, let alone the product itself.

A piece of the exhaust arrived damaged. I am currently waiting for a replacement. Working with customer service has been terrible and they are ignoring my requests for updates on the replacement. I had to contact AWE Tuning myself to get the ball rolling. Bad customer service.

i bought a radiator like almost a week ago, i got the wrong one, i been trying to exchange it for the right one. i sent a return email and called. and no one still haven't got back to me.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that the install went horrible for you. Looking at the photo you provided it is clear that the suspension was not installed properly. We would highly recommend taking the vehicle to a shop that can professionally install this for you. If you are able to take this back apart and send us detailed photos of your install we can try and help you the best that we can.

The tool works great, the only problem I did not get the free 200 credits, I call Tech Support and they were no help, They said it should be automatic be put on my account.

To whom it may concern, I have been buying products from UROTUNING for going on two years now and this has by far been the worst experience I have had with them. . . I purchased the CTS TURBO CATBACK EXHAUST for my Mk7.5 GTI just about a month ago. But upon arrival and installation it came to our attention immediately that the fitment was off and that a piece was likely missing or the wrong part was sent. . . Well after a whole week of emails back and forth did they finally realize that the reason for the gap is due to me already having a CTS DOWN PIPE and not the stock cat back like CTS “Assumes” you have already have without any disclaimers or written print stating that the catback will only work with a stock reduction pipe and that you need a larger price for a turboback fitting. . . So now that I’m two weeks into having a exhaust I still can’t install I’m left at Urotuning discretion of relaying info back to CTS in order to get the correct mid pipe from the TURBOBACK Exhaust kit. . . In order to ensure my exhaust will properly be installed. . . To say the very least I am very unhappy with how this has been dealt with and the lack of urgency to meet the customers needs or efforts to make things right for the customer. . . I will most certainly be looking to spending my money elsewhere for both of my vehicles moving forward.

I apologize for all the back and forth as there are set ways CTS handles issues. We MUST email them the information as these items ship from them directly and are not something that we have on the shelf that we can simply swap out for you. As soon as they get back to us we will let you know right away! This is an urgent matter and we have expressed our concerns to CTS.
