Ordered the SAI block off plate along with another part in April.. was told the other part was out of stock yet it was still listed as available on UroTunings website. Waited 2 months with and was told that the company hadn’t gotten back to UroTuning on when the part would be available… the part is still listed as available on the website despite not being available for the foreseeable future. Everyone says that ecs tuning is the worst place to order but so far I’ve had no issues with them and don’t really want to order from UroTuning again for fear of having to wait months for a part that ecs would have at my house in a week…

We apologize that the turbo outlet was on backorder with your order. I see that we reached out to you after the order was placed to inform you that 034 was out of stock of this item. The item is set as a direct ship from the manufacturer on our site. It does not say this item is in stock here. I apologize for any confusion that may have caused you. Due to the shipping address on your order being outside of the country, it does take some time for the packages to get delivered. The part they sent me was the wrong dryer and it screwed up my entire weekend I had set aside to do it. I thought it was me at first but I double checked the part number I ordered with the dealer part number and I ordered the right one. But they sent me something different. Unfortunately it looks close to what is suppose to be in there with subtle differences. So when I got the part I thought it was right until I got the car torn apart and it wasn’t. I then tried calling customer service left a message and have not heard back that was 3 days ago. I ended up having to order one from rock auto and upgrade the shipping so I could get it in two days. I am a little annoyed to say the least

We apologize for the delays with USPS international shipments. It appears that they are extremely slow currently. They have reported that it can take up to 21 business days for them to deliver packages at this time. You can contact us via Support@urotuning.com.

I ordered the product back on May 10th, finally shipped like 4 or 5 weeks later. Then UPS lost it the day it was supposed to be delivered. It’s been 9 days since I was supposed to receive the item, my car has been down since May 10th. I have ordered products from China that have taken less time to reach me.

Gave it a one-star because it doesn't work. It gives me error codes. I want to refund because I seen cheaper ones on eBay!

We are very sorry to hear that the bulbs did not work for you. We have sold a lot of these without issues. If any bulb is not seated correctly and or comes in contact with the housing it can cause the housing to melt. It is always best to double-check the installation and orientation of the installed bulb to ensure it is seated correctly. We are very sorry to hear that this did not fit your vehicle. I believe the insert ordered was the wrong option as you selected mk7 Golf. The steering wheel in the photo appears to be a GTI. Ordered 2 items. Shipping manifest with tracking showed 2 items. Only ONE item arrived. Few days later I was told the other item was on back order and wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. That would of been nice to know prior to ordering.

Honestly very upset with my recent experience with UroTuning. I purchased a rim which they showed in stock. I purchased it around mid April paid extra for 3 day shipping because I had bent my rim and it wouldn't hold air. A couple of days later they emailed me saying that is on backorder and I would have to essentially wait another month for the rim because they never actually had it in stock. It is now June and I have yet to receive my rim that I purchased. It's been so long that I sent out my bent rim to get fixed, and I've already had it on the car for a week at this point now. I haven't cancelled my order because at this point I will keep it as a spare, since it took so long that I ended up just repairing the rim so that I can finally drive my car.

Hello Dustin! Thank you for the feedback on your order. I am sorry that this took so long to fulfill from Aodhan. We do not stock most wheels, instead, utilizing a drop shipping fulfillment method. That being said it looks like we did issue a refund for the expedited shipping on this order as you requested. This wheel is expected to be delivered on Friday. 6 weeks is definitely on the longer side for a wheel from Aodhan. Hello Ryan! Thank you for your feedback on this order. It looks like the camshafts were shipped directly from IE for your order. Direct ship items can have a little longer processing time than parts that are in stock. However, I noticed that IE shipped this with ground shipping, instead of your selected 2 Day Serivce. Spacer did not fit my 2016 Golf R. I guess there is another one that is positioned differently and cost more. Would have been nice to know that....I'm not sure why they even offer this piece as a direct fit.

I placed my order in April 30th and it is now May 17th. I have not received my order nor a tracking number or an updated status. I sent an email to support but have not been contacted back yet. The product was expensive and I am very disappointed I have not received any updates yet, let alone the product itself.

A piece of the exhaust arrived damaged. I am currently waiting for a replacement. Working with customer service has been terrible and they are ignoring my requests for updates on the replacement. I had to contact AWE Tuning myself to get the ball rolling. Bad customer service.
