Geoff was great but the company that ships the stuff horrible will never order again.. waited over 2 months for a part… lied about tracking n shipping .. sent damaged parts as well

Thank you for leaving a review. We apologize for the issues as USPS is currently not shipping to New Zealand. This is something that is out of our control as we are not the shipping courier. I dont suggest anyone to buy from this website i got my part from this web my got it costs me so much money with installation and all that and after i have to pay Mechanik for issue in the car and found defective part that i got from this company hole on the pipe and now im talking to them they are saying that i have to talk with burger so this website is not the right to use soon as you pay no more help my car been parked bc of this i was playing to buy so many other stuff from this company of fast shipping but garbage products thank

We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. The manufacturer has set guidelines that we must follow as a dealer for warranty/defects. We are always more than happy to help get a replacement part for you or a refund. In this case, you are asking for a refund. We set up a return for you to send this part back, once received we are issuing you a refund for the item that was defective. We have been communicating with you to get this issue resolved. We apologize that the manufacturer had delayed responses getting back to us.

The delivery was way too slow and when I asked they had the audacity to pass the buck. Taking no responsibility and telling me that the item was being shipped by another supplier. Funny they weren't saying that when they took my cash. I would never order anything from them EVER again.

Hello Miguel, Thank you for your feedback on your order experience. Looking at the product that was ordered it appears to be a "direct ship" item, https://www.urotuning.com/products/sea-sucker-cable-anchor-lock-combo-window?variant=31473442816055 Direct ship items always ship from either the manufacturer or a supplier. In this case, it shipped directly from Seasucker. It did take almost two weeks for them to ship this product, which is certainly much longer than their typical timeframe. I apologize that our service was not able to exceed your expectations. If there is anything we can assist you with in the future please do not hesitate to reach out.

I did NOT receive 2 of the most important and hardest to reuse parts in this "refresh kit"!!! Plus the cable end were much too skinny to fit properly in the ebrake holder! I had to compressor the ebrake holder to properly hold the ebrake cable! I do NOT recommend this product! Waste of money.

U guys sent me the wrong fitting hid kit.. i needed the H7 and u guys sent me the H8 ! 👎🏻

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you received the wrong bulbs. I see on the original order the H7 bulbs were ordered. However, the order was then edited for the H8 style bulbs. It looks like the edit was done on your end. I am not sure if you meant to do swap them. Order took a long time to ship and didn't receive everything included. Contacted support trying to get this resolved. its been almost a week havnt heard anything back. Urotuning lacks in customer support very disappointed

Literally worse than the customer service at ECS. nobody had any correct information on why my turbo took so long after 5 weeks and the shipping was supposed to be expedited and took another week to get here after it finally shipped. Each rep I talked to had different info saying the housing were put together they were just waiting for packaging and the shipping label, or that they were waiting for the housing and they hadnt come in yet, or the housing would be here the next day. Like literally every story I was told from each rep was different so I just got ahold of Sheunk which is funny because I was told they were hard to reaach and they responded immediately and told me what was going on. Was offered swag and didn't get anything. Wouldn't even offer me some sort of discount, but I was getting discount codes from your marketing team everyday for different percentages off.

We apologize for the delays with USPS international. This item is currently in transit to you. USPS states that all international orders are currently delayed. Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control. However, we will continue to monitor the shipment.

The casting of the flange is not clean. Was not able to use to to areas of the casting interfering with the o-ring seals. Other surfaces were not smooth, they need to be as they are mating surfaces. Going to be submitting for a return. Was really hoping to use this upgrade to my system and not have to worry about leaks in the near future as this part is hard to get to.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the cast flange. Due to the nature of how cast parts are made, these parts can have some rough edges and extra slag. You can file it down smoothly. If you do not wish to clean up the cast we can take it back for a full refund.

Well ,, May 10th I'd when I ordered the product. I was told 4 -8 weeks for the product to arrive. It is now August 17th and I have no product. I will never use UroTuning again. This is only the tip of the issue I had with my order. This review was to ask how I like my product, you mean the one I still don't have. Very unprofessional.

We are very sorry that you feel that way. Looking at your order the item shipped out within the 8 week lead time. UPS stated that the receiver was not available to receive the package on August 3rd. They attempted to deliver the package multiple times with no success. The item was then sent back to the manufacturer, which is where we are currently. We are working with the manufacturer to get the item shipped back out to you. This is something that is out of our control, unfortunately.

Ordered a product in June. Didn't ship till July 23rd. Tracking # still hasn't updated. Today is 8/10/2021. I just requested a refund. Will never shop here again.

We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. After looking into your order I see that the item was made to order direct from the manufacturer as stated on our site. This item had some delays while getting built as well as shipping. We requested with the manufacturer redirect the package back to them so we can refund you for the order at your request. As soon as they got back to us that they were able to redirect and credit us back. We issued the refund back to you immediately. I can assure you that this is not how we like to do business and we would hate to lose you as a customer. If you are willing to give us another chance we would like to make this right for you.
