I will never order anything from this website again I was warned by Facebook groups not to order from here as you guys will say that parts will fit vehicles that they don’t and that’s exactly what you did. I then emailed you asking for a refund and how to send back the oil pump that does not fit my car and you decided to send me an email back asking me to give you a review. I will be screenshot in this review and posted it to Facebook as well. Your website says that my car will fit two completely different style oil pumps and that is 100% inaccurate

Website misrepresented that part would fit my vehicle. After attempting to install for several hours, called customer service who stated that part description was incorrect. Ended up breaking two of my factory ride height sensors trying to remove incorrect parts for return.

Id love to write a review but my order from you guys are incomplete,,,you have back order which you say wil be shipped by march 6...incomplete order!!!!

We apologize for the delays as the rear shocks are backordered from Bilstein. Unfortunately, when the order is placed with the supplier they will ship what is in stock. Not finna lie they didn’t fit for the N54 engine they where to big and kept putting me in limp mode

My bmw x6 wing broke with air at the freeway scratching my car I picked up the broken lip , it was installed in a property way , and also 3m taped , but it was low quality and I want my money back

We are very sorry to hear that the lip came off while you were driving. Are you able to provide photos of the installation? We have sold a lot of Maxton lips without issues. I’m still waiting for the parts, show is delivered but still missing I pay for the insurance but they send me to the police to get a police report for theft and ibuold them the I don’t have time because I work far and return late and trying the online ad is not working because is a different city so I lost my money…. And the giant don’t care

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received this package. Looking at the order Route insurance was purchased on your order. All claims MUST go through Route as they will reimburse you for the order or replace the order for you. They do require a police report to start the claim for a stolen package. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do as we are not the insurance company.

Have not installed or even opened the box yet.. however I selected lug nuts to go with the stud set and it would not transfer from the purchase page to the cart with the option selection. I doubt they're in there. Aside from that, I hope they work as advertised and can take track/autoX wear and tear.

I never received my package, I’m actually really disappointed because I waited over a month for it to come just for it to never arrive to the right location. I have no clue where my package is and I have no other words other then unsatisfactory and disappointed.

Something is amiss with their Customer Service. I ordered a part for a BMW. Subsequently then realized it was the wrong part. I sent three emails and called two times to cancel my order. Guess what. They shipped it anyway. Great response time guy's, not so much!

I'm caught between Urotuning and Racingline. The strut failed completely in less than a week. Rather than you sending out a new strut or refunding my money you want to shift blame to Racingline. I bought from you not Racingline.

This item is not something that we stock, other wise we would ship a replacement to you immediately. This item shipped from Racingline directly and we must follow their guidelines for a warranty exchange. I see they emails us back that they are sending you a replacement for the defective part received.

We apologize that you have not received the item. It shows that FedEx delivered this last week to an apartment office/parcel locker. Have you checked with your office to see if they received the item? We will have to file a claim with FedEx for the lost package if it was delivered incorrectly. I received the correct part, but one of the two snapping mechanisms was broken upon arrival. The grill is received arrived packaged great. Air bags, wrapped nicely, etc.. I can only guess that the part was shipped broken. The part went on my car fine, but it’s the principle of receiving a $250-$275 dollar piece of plastic, that is damaged on arrival that gave this a 1 out of 5 star review. I was pleased with the purchasing experience. And very displeased with the product itself. It’s too expensive to be broken upon arrival. I’ve attached two photos. Thank you.

The offer was for an upper and lower control arm but I only got one so the ad is misleading

Very unsatisfied I was missing one of the green intake gaskets outta the kit. So I reached out and they said they'll send me another one well the did but it was the wrong one. So I reached out again n they said they would take care of it and send out the right gasket. We'll it's been well over 3 weeks and still haven't received the right gasket in the mail. I haven't even been able to finish the customers car because of it. Customer is very irritated and it's making my business name look bad.

After receiving my order and finding that half the order included the wrong parts, I contacted customer service immediately to correct the issue. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from customer service, even after attempting to contact them several times. The phone line is always busy and I haven't received any response back via email.

Part came late, 5 min easy install, but instantly leaked and housing separated from internal. Cheap Chinese part, Don’t buy! Will leave you stranded!!!

Worst experience ever. I needed an SAI breather. I paid for overnight shipping. I ended up getting the item 6 freakin days later and the package arrived torn and ripped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The shipping lead time does not account for the order processing lead times. The shipping only applies to when the items are shipped out and the time it takes to get to you. Once these items are ready and shipped out they will ship the order with the shipping method paid for.
