Not a good company to do business with. This company will make you pay to return items. Items come in long boxes which will cost a lot to return . I paid $250 to return items which were $15 pounds. BUYERS BEWARE. Save the headache. Poor customer service. 💯👎👎👎

Hello Reggie, We offer return labels for all approved returns. I do not see any email communication with you on our end that there was an issue with the items. product seems to be high quality but as soon as you try a torque things down they strip out and they end up being shitty I sent the car down and the studs bent the customer service is one of the worst ive experienced they take days to reply

We are very sorry that you feel that way. Looking into this I see you originally informed us the items ordered were the incorrect size. We sent you a return label to send these back for an exchange. You then reached out that you went ahead and installed these studs and stripped them. We informed you that we would not be able to take these back since they have been installed and are used as that was not the original issue. We are more than happy to help you with a replacement set, however, we have to think in terms of the next customer that is expecting a new and unused item that is also not damaged.

I ordered a spoiler for my MK 7.5 GTI and it took a few weeks to ship so that was kinda disappointing but that’s not the reason for my rating. The spoiler came in an an oversized box and it was basically just thrown in the box and not wrapped up. The spoiler which was gloss black was completely scratched up. In some areas it looked as if someone used sand paper to scuff it up. I was very disappointed about the wait and on top of that receiving the item damaged. It should have been put in a proper size box and wrapped with bobble wrap.

The tie rod ends weren't the correct ones for my jetta, I had to go to O'Reillys auto parts and purchase the correct inners. Even the outer sent to me were incorrect. They're listed as ZF tie rods when they did not fit my zf rack The shorter one in the pic is the ones sent. Not the same. Thanks.

A packing slip was created for the rims over two weeks ago and they still haven't shipped and I haven't received any communication regarding the status of them.

Nothing fit right. It somehow reverted back to the default car, which was not mine. Contacted customer service and they didn’t even apologize much less offer a solution.

Customer support has been horrible, it took almost a whole week to get a return label sent. I understand you guys drop ship however im purchasing from you not BC directly. Never once apologized for the mistake of being sent Mercedes Benz E Class coilovers when i ordered for a 2019+ Toyota Corolla.

Hello Yoshua, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you received the incorrect coilovers. It does look like the wrong coilovers were shipped from BC racing on your order. You alerted us of the issue on the 9th of April, and we started working on this issue first thing on Monday morning, the 11th. We had tracking on the correct coilovers from BC racing on the 15th, and a return label was sent your way the day before, the 14th. Again, we are sorry for this issue and have taken further steps to ensure this does not happen on future orders with BC Racing.

I spent 240 dollars on a set of cf mirror caps for my 2012 s4 witch the mirrors caps I received did not fit so at my own expense I shipped them back an paid the extra 60 dollars to get the correct mirrors even tho I ordered to correct mirrors caps from the start but paid the extra money anyways because I really wanted some for my car well even after sending a physical picture or my car an what’s on it now the mirror caps that we’re my replacements had lane assist witch mine does not so I contacted an canceled my order an will never order from agin

Machine work was poor. Thermostat didn't fit and the housing to head bolt holes didn't line up. Had to modify it further to actually use it. For 190 bucks I was expecting to put it on and go. That was not the case. I did receive a 50 dollar gift card due to the issue. Not that I felt that was a great deal.

We are sorry to hear that the thermostat housing had some issues. These are cast parts and are not going to be perfect as a machined parts. Due to the nature of how cast parts are made they may require some filing down and or a test fit to ensure they line up. The lugs turned out to be too long, through no fault of the product. But in the process of installing and removing once, the neo chrome plating fell right off the majority of the lugs on the hex head. In the trash they go...

First set of lights started to flicker after a few months. Returned and second set started do the same after 2 days and now the drl work when they want to. Aesthetically very nice, functional very poor.
