Customer support has been horrible, it took almost a whole week to get a return label sent. I understand you guys drop ship however im purchasing from you not BC directly. Never once apologized for the mistake of being sent Mercedes Benz E Class coilovers when i ordered for a 2019+ Toyota Corolla.

Hello Yoshua, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you received the incorrect coilovers. It does look like the wrong coilovers were shipped from BC racing on your order. You alerted us of the issue on the 9th of April, and we started working on this issue first thing on Monday morning, the 11th. We had tracking on the correct coilovers from BC racing on the 15th, and a return label was sent your way the day before, the 14th. Again, we are sorry for this issue and have taken further steps to ensure this does not happen on future orders with BC Racing.

I spent 240 dollars on a set of cf mirror caps for my 2012 s4 witch the mirrors caps I received did not fit so at my own expense I shipped them back an paid the extra 60 dollars to get the correct mirrors even tho I ordered to correct mirrors caps from the start but paid the extra money anyways because I really wanted some for my car well even after sending a physical picture or my car an what’s on it now the mirror caps that we’re my replacements had lane assist witch mine does not so I contacted an canceled my order an will never order from agin

Machine work was poor. Thermostat didn't fit and the housing to head bolt holes didn't line up. Had to modify it further to actually use it. For 190 bucks I was expecting to put it on and go. That was not the case. I did receive a 50 dollar gift card due to the issue. Not that I felt that was a great deal.

We are sorry to hear that the thermostat housing had some issues. These are cast parts and are not going to be perfect as a machined parts. Due to the nature of how cast parts are made they may require some filing down and or a test fit to ensure they line up. We want to help you the best that we can, since the parts were installed we offered store credit for the issues that you had. The lugs turned out to be too long, through no fault of the product. But in the process of installing and removing once, the neo chrome plating fell right off the majority of the lugs on the hex head. In the trash they go...

First set of lights started to flicker after a few months. Returned and second set started do the same after 2 days and now the drl work when they want to. Aesthetically very nice, functional very poor.

We are very sorry that you are not happy with your resonated touring exhaust. With the option selected this is the quietest option that AWE offers. If you are looking for more sound from the exhaust they do offer a track exhaust as well. Since you already have the touring model, you can purchase the touring to-track conversion kit to turn your exhaust into the non-resonated version. We apologize that the wrong parts were received. I see that you mentioned you Google searched mini coilpacks. Unfortunately, we have no control over Google searches words like "mini coil pack" will bring up a lot of coil packs in general with the nature of how searches work. We do have a vehicle selection on our site that will confirm the fitment before you make the purchase. I see that we are working with you to return these. We will refund you as soon as we receive the items back.

We are very sorry that you feel that way. I see that we were working with you via email directly. Vargas informed us that these parts are machined to fit VERY tight to reduce the chances of a boost leak from happening. Due to this, the part MUST go on straight or you can cause burrs in the aluminum. If this is the case, you will need to file down the burrs in order for the part to fit as intended.

I received a broke wire that I can not use and I have already emailed you telling you about it and asking for a new one to be sent to me and even sent you pictures...no email back, no new part. Where is my new one that is not broke?? Please send me a new wire asap. Thank you.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel that way. The o2 sensor spacers are not guaranteed to remove a check engine light as these simply move the sensor away from the heat. Most all tunes will remove the o2 CEL.

We are very sorry you feel that way. AirLift has stated to you as well as us they are more than willing to help you get this warrantied for you. You mentioned that you did not want to do that and wanted to return the item for a refund. We are not able to return an item that has been used as we have to think in terms of being fair for the next customer that is expecting a brand new item. Absolutely love the wheels! Customer service was a nightmare to deal with. :( I ended up having to pay an extra 250 for something that could’ve been avoided if customer service did their job. Only Got one response a day, and took me about a month to get the correct wheels even though im 6 hours away from the distributor. I would never buy from this sad excuse of a website and wouldn’t recommend anyone this site either. But

The incorrect wheels were purchased on our site originally and we worked to try to stop the package from shipping out. However, the manufacturer had shipped them immediately.
