I'm caught between Urotuning and Racingline. The strut failed completely in less than a week. Rather than you sending out a new strut or refunding my money you want to shift blame to Racingline. I bought from you not Racingline.

This item is not something that we stock, other wise we would ship a replacement to you immediately. This item shipped from Racingline directly and we must follow their guidelines for a warranty exchange. I see they emails us back that they are sending you a replacement for the defective part received.

We apologize that you have not received the item. It shows that FedEx delivered this last week to an apartment office/parcel locker. Have you checked with your office to see if they received the item? We will have to file a claim with FedEx for the lost package if it was delivered incorrectly. I received the correct part, but one of the two snapping mechanisms was broken upon arrival. The grill is received arrived packaged great. Air bags, wrapped nicely, etc.. I can only guess that the part was shipped broken. The part went on my car fine, but it’s the principle of receiving a $250-$275 dollar piece of plastic, that is damaged on arrival that gave this a 1 out of 5 star review. I was pleased with the purchasing experience. And very displeased with the product itself. It’s too expensive to be broken upon arrival. I’ve attached two photos. Thank you.

The offer was for an upper and lower control arm but I only got one so the ad is misleading

Very unsatisfied I was missing one of the green intake gaskets outta the kit. So I reached out and they said they'll send me another one well the did but it was the wrong one. So I reached out again n they said they would take care of it and send out the right gasket. We'll it's been well over 3 weeks and still haven't received the right gasket in the mail. I haven't even been able to finish the customers car because of it. Customer is very irritated and it's making my business name look bad.

After receiving my order and finding that half the order included the wrong parts, I contacted customer service immediately to correct the issue. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from customer service, even after attempting to contact them several times. The phone line is always busy and I haven't received any response back via email.

Part came late, 5 min easy install, but instantly leaked and housing separated from internal. Cheap Chinese part, Don’t buy! Will leave you stranded!!!

Worst experience ever. I needed an SAI breather. I paid for overnight shipping. I ended up getting the item 6 freakin days later and the package arrived torn and ripped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. We would be more than happy to reach out to the manufacturer that these shipped from and have them swap out the damaged part. The shipping lead time does not account for the order processing lead times. The shipping only applies to when the items are shipped out and the time it takes to get to you. Once these items are ready and shipped out they will ship the order with the shipping method paid for.

Ordered a radiator with uro tuning and when I received it it was cracked it’s been 2 weeks and still have not received any info on how to exchange or get my refund horrible customer service

The bolts are supposed to be torqed for 44 ft pounds of pressure and then an additional 180° Of rotation after 44ft pounds have been reached. These bolts didn’t even make it to 44 before they broke. I expect a return and am very disappointed with the overall quality that you have provided.

We are very sorry to hear that the bolts broke, these are genuine bolts from Audi/VW direct. Are you able to confirm if you were torquing the flywheel bolts to this spec? Or were you attempting to torque the pressure plate bolts to 44ft/lbs? The pressure plate bolts should be torqued to 22ft/lbs. Looking at your orders I see you had a couple that qualified for free shipping. Your most recent order was an item that does not qualify and the manufacture charges for shipping. We list all items that do ship from free on our site with the red "Free Shipping" logo. You can always call us before placing your order to double-check as we would be more than happy to help in any way.

I ordered an Intake for my E92 and it showed up about 2 months late and UroTuning and not the manufacturer offered my anything to compensate for frustration.
