My shipment was never delivered and they didn’t give me a full refund. The terrible customer service definitely didn’t help. Will never purchase anything from here ever again.

I ordered a set of M3 axles from urotuning. I received a set of Mini Cooper axles. I had to contact and get the correct ones sent. Honest mistake probably, I’m understanding. So I had the car out today for the 1st time. It is a drift car. The axles lasted (2) laps before snapping both. I understand the axles were inexpensive but I feel they should not be advertised as M3 axles. My OEM axles took 7 + years of beating and I only replaced them with these because I was re doing my rear end. Probably SOL on a refund and a ton of wasted time. Get better products

Horrible customer service and follow up. Ordered 40 days ago. Customer Service Ryan Foley says supplier is the issue. This is my 2nd go around with this shotty company. I will never order again and spend as much time as possible in my local car club community sharing my experiences. It's a scam and a rip off. Now I have to dispute my charge 349$ and go in search of the part I ordered. I've had 20 emails with Ryan Foley , humorously at the bottom of every email it says tips are appreciated. Here's my TIP, don't every order from Urotuning. What a f****** joke.

We are very sorry that you feel this way and for the delays from the manufacturer. The information provided to you was direct from Strafe Design. I see that we were working to get your order canceled and refunded back to you right away to avoid further delays. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to build and ship these items as they are not something that we carry.

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your package. I see that you emailed us over the weekend. We are closed on weekends, however, we did get back to you right away the following business day to let you know that your order has shipping insurance and that you will need to file a claim. Works product ever, just pay the extra and save the lost money. Stickers will tear apart easily and will not stick to the tire at all

The shipping took 3 months when I asked them how long it would be and said 3-5 business days. It’s fucking rediculous and I’m never using this site again

We are very sorry for the delays from the manufacturer regarding your order. These items are made to order and are not something that we stock here, unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the supplier to ship this item out. I see that we are working with Strafe for an ETA when this item will ship out as they have only provided us with the tracking at this time, however, there is no movement.

Fantastic product. Unfortunately the product description was misleading. I thought 'Allen style' would imply that an Allen key would be the right tool for installation but that's not the case, and the correct tool isn't even available, it's on backorder.

It looks like you placed this order on our site. We apologize for any confusion when placing your order, however, we do note that this intake fits 2009-2015 A4/A5's. We do offer a B9 A4 intake for your year make and model, however, we would not be able to take this part back as it has been installed and is no longer in new and unused condition. Not a good company to do business with. This company will make you pay to return items. Items come in long boxes which will cost a lot to return . I paid $250 to return items which were $15 pounds. BUYERS BEWARE. Save the headache. Poor customer service. 💯👎👎👎

Hello Reggie, We offer return labels for all approved returns. I do not see any email communication with you on our end that there was an issue with the items. product seems to be high quality but as soon as you try a torque things down they strip out and they end up being shitty I sent the car down and the studs bent the customer service is one of the worst ive experienced they take days to reply

We are very sorry that you feel that way. Looking into this I see you originally informed us the items ordered were the incorrect size. We sent you a return label to send these back for an exchange. You then reached out that you went ahead and installed these studs and stripped them. We informed you that we would not be able to take these back since they have been installed and are used as that was not the original issue. We are more than happy to help you with a replacement set, however, we have to think in terms of the next customer that is expecting a new and unused item that is also not damaged.

I ordered a spoiler for my MK 7.5 GTI and it took a few weeks to ship so that was kinda disappointing but that’s not the reason for my rating. The spoiler came in an an oversized box and it was basically just thrown in the box and not wrapped up. The spoiler which was gloss black was completely scratched up. In some areas it looked as if someone used sand paper to scuff it up. I was very disappointed about the wait and on top of that receiving the item damaged. It should have been put in a proper size box and wrapped with bobble wrap.

The tie rod ends weren't the correct ones for my jetta, I had to go to O'Reillys auto parts and purchase the correct inners. Even the outer sent to me were incorrect. They're listed as ZF tie rods when they did not fit my zf rack The shorter one in the pic is the ones sent. Not the same. Thanks.
