Mirror caps do not fit at all, to many tabs and even when trying to place it the corner of the mirror cap is way more cut in then the OEM one fitment on them are terrible. When emailing uro tuning about so they had nothing to say but send us pictures? And telling me to return them ? How does a website say they fit the car then the company says they don’t? Make it make sense

Yerri, We are very sorry to hear that these caps did not fit your vehicle. We are currently looking into this issue as it appears that we may have a bad batch from the manufacturer. As you mentioned these caps have more tabs on them than the factory cap. We ask for photos so we can look into the issue and let our manufacturer know about the issues in hopes of a resolution. We will provide you with a full refund as we do not have any caps that will work for your vehicle currently. We apologize for all of the inconvenience this has caused you. Interesting - I have emailed you 5x looking to return these (1st email was within 4 hours of ordering) and have yet to receive a single reply but now your interested in how my experience was so here ya go. I really hope someone actually reads this and learns from it. Ignoring clients doesn’t help me or you.

Bought a VTT dual catch can, box came with a missing hose inside, call customer service for days and they never answer the phone, send several emails and the only response was to take a picture of the product to see if the manufacturer want to take it back. I got frustrated and stopped responding, i need to chew the $422 i spend on it never going to buy anything else from VTT or urotuning again in my life, people be aware they not answering phone calls and barely responding to emails. Wont worth the hazle.

Jose, We are very sorry to hear that the part was missing an item. Since these ship from VTT directly we request photos of what you receive so we can have the manufacturer correct the issue and send out the missing items. I see that you emailed us about the issues that you had, we replied back and have not heard anything as you mentioned you have stopped responding. We are more than happy to get this resolved so you do not have to eat the cost of the part, however, we ask that you please provide us the opportunity to work on this and make it right for you. If you are able to send photos of everything that you received we will get with VTT and have them ship the missing items.

I actually don’t like it, doesn’t even work, I go To buy credits to customize my car and never works. Nothing loads on it either. Def don’t recommend. Waste of $100

After looking into this I see that you used Apply pay. Unfortunately, any address that you have saved on your end will be entered. This was something that was out of our control when you placed the order on the site. It is always best to review all of the information before checking out on any site. It was lost in the warehouse, we had overnighted shipping, and somehow was lost in the warehouse and didn’t ship for almost a week. I actually bought the same part from Detroit tuned because they have a clue what they are doing and sent the part immediately. If I would’ve waited on your part it would’ve taken me a week longer. Wont be ordering from you guys again.

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with these spacers. The spacers are designed to use in conjunction with a hub-centric ring if using aftermarket wheels. The spacers purchased were listed as a clearance item and are not returnable as stated in bold on the listing of the item. We would be more than happy to help you out on a replacement set if you need spacers with a lip for aftermarket wheels.

Worst online shopping experience I've experienced. Unfortunately I can't say I'll never shop here again. As a car enthusiast, I honestly have a wide virety of quality products, however I will go through all other options before shopping here again.

When ordering ignition coil parts for German cars you rely on the info your auto parts supplier tells you. I ordered ignition coils for my Audi A8L and after inputting my vehicle information was told via the website the parts ordered fit my vehicle perfectly. However, upon receipt, the ignition coils were too short. (Picture attached shows original part vs. incorrect part received). I would advise UnoTuring to request VIN info for a more reliable part determination other than just Year, Make and engine! This cost me unnecessary time to hunt down and outsource with another supplier at an increased cost in order to complete my project on time.

I feel like I got scammed. The same item at other sites include more features. Makes me wonder, in what other ways is Urotuning cutting corners at the customers expense.
