We apologize for the issues with your order as this part came directly from the supplier and was not something that we had in stock. The supplier shipped this part out, however, the shipping company lost the package. Unfortunately, this was something out of our control. However, we did offer to have a replacement shipped out int he meantime as this was not your fault. We are always happy to help in any way possible. I think it sucks , and you guys suck too! I paid 60.00 for temporary sticker and I can’t get credit for a permanent one or get a refund? I spent over 900.00 on tires ! I am not going to glue those cheap ass stickers that were over priced! I ‘ll never order anything from you guys anymore. Cause you guys SUCK!!

I did buy the side skirts but they don't fit. They are too long. I had my car painted and they were supposed to be installed at the body shop but they didn't fit. I've been sending messages to you guys about it. At first you asked the model of my car and I gave you that. Then you asked if they where too long or too short. Once I told you that they are too long you said that you knew that. Then you asked for the model of my car again, so I gave you the model to include the VIN number. Now you are asking me the measurements of the car and the side skirts and to put tape on them and install them then send pictures. I'm not happy at all. And I'm not paying my body shop people to put on something that they already told me doesn't fit just to take pictures. I said that I would send them back. I want a refund. I cannot believe that it's this hard to return a item that doesn't fit. It seems that you are just here to take my hard earned money with all of the crazy request. This is Absolutely Ridiculous!!! I want a refund.

Hello Anthony, I deeply apologize for the delays in getting your return request going. These side skirts shipped from Maxton directly and Maxton typically asks for more information as these are listed to fit your vehicle. They simply need more than "they are too long and do not fit". We understand that this may seem drawn out but if the shop is not installing these correctly then that would be why they think the parts are incorrect. I was not able to locate any messages regarding us going back and forth. Please email us detailed information at Support@urotuning.com.

We are very sorry to hear that this arrived damaged to you. You did purchase the Route shipping insurance with your order. Route will provide you with two options either a replacement part at no additional cost to you or a full refund. Unfortunately, this is not something that we can fill out for you as you are the one that purchased the insurance. However, they will be able to get this resolved right away for you. I bought 2 items, sparks plugs and GDF diverter valve DV+. I feel the sparks plugs not original due to not having any serial number on them. After putting the spark plugs on my vehicle started random miss fire. I'm not satisfied and so disappointed with you.

Thank you for leaving a review. We are very sorry to hear that the spark plugs caused some issues. As stated on our site these are one heat range colder for tuned vehicles. Just to confirm what is the year make and model of your vehicle? The spark plugs are NGK brand and should have the part number on the plug itself. We are very sorry that you are not happy with the product purchased. OBDEleven no longer comes with the 200 credits anymore since July of this year. I am not sure which other sites you are seeing the credits still available, however, unless they have some older units available this is no longer offered by the manufacturer.

Well the experience was not pleasant because I bought the caliper rebuild kit for the front brakes for a 1995 Volkswagen Golf Cabrio Mk3 and they sent me the rear rebuild kit wrong one 🤷‍♂️(the page didn't specify me that they were for the rear) in that same order I bought an Abs Speed ​​Sensor 1J0927804 original OE Volkswagen and they sent me a Brembi brand😡. I called, sent a message and they only answered me with an email apologizing but they did not offer to fix the mistake they made. I am not sure if I will buy with them again because the experience was not as I expected so the next couple of days I will decide if I try it again with them.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive his package. It looks like USPS had some issues delivering this to your location. You did purchase Route shipping insurance with this order. I will never use them again for something I can go to the vendor for. Only reason I went with them vs going through vendor was due to shipping break. That failed and still had to pay the full shipping. Might be great at other parts, but will never know. The main Vendor of the Rock sliders was amazing and over the too. Love the product.

The manufacturer was able to help us out on the cost for you in the end. We are not in the business of misleading our customers which is why we have the terms and conditions of the shipping cost on the item page directly. The part I received was NOT the part described (75°-82°) There is NO part number for reference on any invoice. Images depict screenshots of part ordered and invoice lacking any part number. In "short", UroTuning failed miserably!

I have a 2019 Audi Q8 S-Line. I purchased the Maxton Design Front Splitter and Maxton Design Side Skirts Diffusers. Neither fit my vehicle, also the front splitter did not come with the correct bolts to install properly. Unsatisfactory to say the lease

Needed a certain part quickly, called to verify before ordering to make sure it would fit my vehicle. They told me yes it would, website also said it would fit….got it about a week and half later and it was wrong….now waiting till the process the return to receive my money back……ordered from another company received the right part in only 2 days times

Did not fit my vehicle and it said it would in there site. Doesn’t connect all the way an the connection looks similar but not the same. I have requested a refund and no one has sent a refund and take days to respond to my emails. And they ask the same question over and over. Not satisfied with this order but I have orders before with now problem. Disappointed someone reach out.

We are very sorry of the issues that you had with the MAP sensor. I see that we are working with you via email to get this resolved. We do ask for photos of the parts to see what the issue might be with the item. I do apologize as this process does require some back and forth to look into. Since we are not local to you and are not able to see the exact issue with the harness and sensor it is hard to determine the issues. This is why we ask for photos. We can take this part back fro a full refund if you do not wish for us to attempt to get you another sensor. I see we emailed you with that options and have not heard back.
