Unfortunately your product did not resolve my O2 sensor issue. It seemed to help for about 50 miles and then the problem came back, no better. We are still trying to figure out a solution.

Mitchell, Thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately, the O2 sensor spacer is not a 100% guarantee as stated on the site. These will help reduce the chances of the CEL from coming on. However, you will need a tune in order to completely remove the CEL. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in that!

I ordered these shocks back in November and I have yet to receive them. I called several times and I've even spoken with a representative and no one has gotten back to me. I spent alot of money for this product and I still to this day don't have the product

Had to order a part quick. First search of the part went to UroTuning. Their website description was vague but the picture showed the part I needed. Ordered and paid extra for quicker shipping. Received the item which was not what their website picture showed. Contacted them who ignored my emails for a week (I don’t care how they contradict this statement… they ignored my emails!). I knew they ignored my emails because the item on their website changed to the correct item after I emailed them the first time. Wasn’t until I told them I would leave negative reviews did they reply. I know mistakes are made, I’m not upset at that; but, when they are made I don’t want to be treated like a bum. I honestly would have settled for just a sorry but no, they went on the defensive. What is your reputation worth? If you people make a mistake like this make it right with the customer. At worst it might costs you a few hundred bucks, big deal, you are the business, make it right. I was not the one who made the mistake. I won’t order again and will make sure to tell others to stay away.

There is no excuse as to why it took so long for a reply and resolution. On the back end, the email filtering team saw your concern about the error and let our Website team know to make the changes necessary on the site. The FedEx did not deliver my item to my house. I have yet to receive anything and the support claim has been going on for almost 2 weeks. FedEx driver took a blurry picture of the label to hide the fact he didn’t deliver it correctly.

We apologize for the issues with your package. FedEx did investigate that this package was delivered to the address according to the GPS of the FedEx driver and denied the claim. Unfortunately, since there was no shipping insurance purchased at the time of sale this package would not be covered. We are more than happy to help you out with a replacement part if you would like. Part was correct part but after market quality meant that it was a complete waste of money. Part came failed. Don’t buy unless you know your car will operate without OEM quality.

Hello Enesto! Thank you for the feedback on this product. We offer a 1-year warranty on this item. With this order being only 15 days old we would certainly be able to do a warranty exchange on this part. You will be receiving an email from one of our support team members to work with you to have this part replaced under warranty. Keep an eye out for that email!

my order arrived empty and it took the staff team about 3 weeks to tell me that they can’t do anything about it and that i shoudve bought there protection but i never had the option to buy that. horrible experience

Hello Thomas, I am sorry for any confusion. We did not tell you there isn't anything that we can do. We have reached out to the supplier that shipped the item out to file the claim with FedEx. The shipping insurance was removed by you when placing the order as it is added automatically by default on our site. We are doing everything that we can to get this resolved. However, looking at the details the package was scanned in by FedEx with a weight of 28.9 lbs. Unfortunately, these claims take time for FedEx to investigate.

purchased a PCV valve. The part failed after 16 months and less than 12,000 miles. I called Urotuning customer service and the manager laughed at me on the phone, the product is outside the 12 month warranty window so they would not help. Buy from FCPeuro instead.

We are sorry that you feel this way. The part that you ordered was a Genuine Audi part, unfortunately, the warranty is for 1 year from the purchase date. This order is a year and a half old and well outside of the warrantied timeframe. We would be more than happy to help you out with the replacement purchase. However, the item is not eligible for a warranty.

It was a pathetic experience The part What is a VVT Vargas pcv for the b58 it did not lineup at all the rubber gasket came cracked and ultimately I did not get a refund because I continue to install it how do you know if something doesn’t fit if you don’t try to install it it’s almost like they set you up to begin with so finally after a few days of going back-and-forth I was able to modify a little bit my car throttlebody line so I can hook up the part once I did that I started the car thinking yes I’m so happy this is gonna work and I got a whole bunch of different codes too much pressure into my manifold and a bunch of other codes that part is just simply not worth it the part does not work for my car and I’m saying from my car because I don’t want to straight out say the part doesn’t work but it seems like everyone that I know who gets to order the part it doesn’t work for them either

We are very sorry to hear of the issues you ran into installing this item. Anytime you receive an item that is damaged or has missing parts, please reach out immediately before attempting to install the parts. This will allow the manufacturer the opportunity to make the right and send a replacement or a return label for a refund. Once the part is installed the item can not be returned as it is no longer in new an unused condition. We have to think in terms of being fair to the next customer that is expecting a brand-new item.

Ordered on Black Friday still have not received. This is the 3rd time, (been buying from the company ,about 3 to 5 years now) items have been missing or just plan FORGOTTEN about. I think it's time to find another company to deal with buy my parts from

Well normally it would be 5 star review. However, this purchase was disappointing. It says it was delivered and it never was. Waited a few days for maybe delays in the system. Nope, nothing at all saw this email to review product and here we are. Only ordered 1 small item. So I am greatly confused on why it is taking this long, along with multiple notifications telling me that it has been delivered to mailbox. Maybe it has nothing to do with the company’s end , maybe its local Usps. But still unacceptable. I tracked through usps site and it says it was delivered as well. And Urotuning is charging my account for a product i never got, again not professional or acceptable.

We shipped a replacement to you as we want to help you the best that we can, typically, this is not something that we can offer all the time. Please understand that shipping insurance is important as it will cover the purchase if the item is stolen after delivery.

Sorry to say but I am disappointed with your customer service. I ordered a S4S roll cage over a month ago and no one seems to know the status of my order. S4S customer support doesn’t respond and I have contacted you on numerous occasions but you can’t seem to be able to resolve this issue.

Coolant level electrical connector does not fit. Seems to be the prongs on the new reservoir female connection are too big/round to fit.

Wrong parts were shipped. I sent an email to customer service and it took three days to get a response. They asked for pictures, which I sent back the same day. After responding and calling customer service, I am still waiting for a resolution almost a week later.

Emailed them I was missing items from my order. Emailed them and let them know they stated i was lying about the missing items. It took over a week of emails then they finally gave me a refund for the missing parts. They emailed me stating that their inventory was correct and they didnt mess my order up.
