We are very sorry to hear that the o-rings you ordered were incorrect. Are you able to provide us with more information as to what you received? The parts numbers should match what you received. I took off three lug nuts and it broke. Now I guess I have to buy like 5 of these? I am switching all four tires

We are very sorry to hear that the tool broke. The spline tool is a thin wall socket and will not hold up to a large amount of force. We would be more than happy to send you a replacement if you are able to email us at Support@urotuning.com.

Ordered on Black Friday still have not received. This is the 3rd time, (been buying from the company ,about 3 to 5 years now) items have been missing or just plan FORGOTTEN about. I think it's time to find another company to deal with buy my parts from

We are sorry that you feel this way. Looking at your order some items are direct ship from the manufacturer and are subject to their stock/lead times. Looking at your order all packages have been delivered to you. We are always more than happy to help in any way that we can. Please keep in mind if you need an item right away it is always best to call our sales team as they can check availability for you before you place the order with us.

Well normally it would be 5 star review. However, this purchase was disappointing. It says it was delivered and it never was. Waited a few days for maybe delays in the system. Nope, nothing at all saw this email to review product and here we are. Only ordered 1 small item. So I am greatly confused on why it is taking this long, along with multiple notifications telling me that it has been delivered to mailbox. Maybe it has nothing to do with the company’s end , maybe its local Usps. But still unacceptable. I tracked through usps site and it says it was delivered as well. And Urotuning is charging my account for a product i never got, again not professional or acceptable.

We deeply apologize that the item did not make it to you. Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control as we are at the mercy of the shipping company to deliver the items in a timely manner. We shipped a replacement to you as we want to help you the best that we can, typically, this is not something that we can offer all the time. Please understand that shipping insurance is important as it will cover the purchase if the item is stolen after delivery.

Sorry to say but I am disappointed with your customer service. I ordered a S4S roll cage over a month ago and no one seems to know the status of my order. S4S customer support doesn’t respond and I have contacted you on numerous occasions but you can’t seem to be able to resolve this issue.

We apologize for the delays with your order as the roll bar is made to order. The manufacturer has been very slow getting back to us. I see that we have been reaching out to them for updates on your order. It looks like they have gotten back to us that the current ETA is two weeks for this to ship. As soon as we have the tracking you will be the first to know!

Coolant level electrical connector does not fit. Seems to be the prongs on the new reservoir female connection are too big/round to fit.

Wrong parts were shipped. I sent an email to customer service and it took three days to get a response. They asked for pictures, which I sent back the same day. After responding and calling customer service, I am still waiting for a resolution almost a week later.

Since these items shipped from Audi directly to you, we are at their mercy to get this resolved for their mistake. I see that the replacements were shipped and you should have them now. We are very sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately, the item that you purchased is not eligible for a return after it has been installed. We have to think in terms of being fair to the next customer that is excepting a brand-new product.

Emailed them I was missing items from my order. Emailed them and let them know they stated i was lying about the missing items. It took over a week of emails then they finally gave me a refund for the missing parts. They emailed me stating that their inventory was correct and they didnt mess my order up.

The Balance Shaft Service Kit - VW/Audi 2.0T TSi / Beetle / CC / EOS / Mk5 / Mk6 / GTi & GLi / Passat B6 / Tiguan worked good for 370 miles. Then the exhaust side Balance shaft seized. So now I have to find out whT to do with this defective part.

Alexandria, We are very sorry that you feel this way. Originally you reached out that the clutch kit you ordered does not fit. We asked for more information so that we can look into the issue. If there was an error made then we would make this right. We requested photos from you and have yet to receive them of what you received. However, we set up the return for you 8 days ago and have not seen any movement on the return. We want to help you as best as we can. We are not trying to make this difficult but we have sold hundreds of these clutch kits and have not had any fitment issues.

Everything with shipping seemed to be fine , but the bolts that were given with the package were the wrong size , didn’t fit anywhere close to the oem transmission I had put in , mount seemed to work fine but I had to hack it up a little bit

Sent a damage product and package then wanted to give me $30 back for the bilstein product and no return. Still didn't use the product and still didn't get nothing back.

Ruel, We apologize if there was any miscommunication via email. The item CAN be returned for another part, however, Bilstein is out of stock of these currently. If you would like to wait until they have more we would be more than happy to get that going for you. The other option was a partial refund of $30 as the item you received has some minor blemishes, but will not have any influence on the performance of the strut. Please let us know how you would like to proceed as we have not heard back from you via email.

The fitment is terrible, the clips aren’t long enough to go over the OEM clips on the car and neither one of the mirror caps fit well. One mirror cap even had a bubble in the carbon fiber and doesn’t look good. Don’t recommend.
