We are sorry to hear that the cap did not hold pressure. We have sold a lot of these without any issues. Are you able to confirm the cap was locked into place? Or did the cap not click in? Please feel free to reach out to us!

I am new to the Volkswagen brand but I purchased rear brake pads for my wife's 2015 Passat using this websites selection system unfortunately they were the wrong configuration. I asked for help, a work day passed without any response so I ended up using another website tuning house to try to source parts, fortunately I was able to get correct parts on the car, actually before hearing back from URO three working days later. Once I did hear back I was very politely allowed to return the items for an exchange or refund I was asked to provide a part number for what I really needed (?) I did some digging and based on the parts I received from the Other Tuning House I was able to provide a number so I returned the URO parts confirmed in their possession within 3 days of being given an RMA, it's been almost 2 months since my initial purchase so I emailed them to which they promptly responded with an email invoice ( I promptly paid) requesting more money for shipping and "parts differences" and I still am waiting on parts, in an attempt to be fair and patient I can't help but feel like I should have just taken a refund.

Bill, We deeply apologize for all of the delays in getting this resolved for you. Looking into this a bit more these pads do fit the 2015 Passats with the 272mm rear rotors only as stated on the site. I have issued you a gift card for all of the inconvenience this has caused you. I like the user face and ease of use. I hate the charge just to do anything but scan codes. I’m thinking of returning. Thanks for fully explaining that.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your package. It appears that you purchased Route shipping insurance on your order. You will need to file a claim with them for reimbursement or replacement. I see that we have emailed you the details to get that stated and have not heard back from you.

Purchased a side skirt on Jan. 23rd and was told it’s going to be delayed until the 30th. Created a label for shipping on Feb. 6th stating that it is on its way. It is now Feb. 23rd and product still hasn’t shipped and no one wants to return my email. Some service huh!!

My diffuser did not fit with my exhaust kit (despite being advertised as a fully universal fit) and I’ve been trying on and off since I figured out that it didn’t fit to get in contact with someone who can give me a refund or exchange of some sort and haven’t gotten anywhere. Urotuning is hands down the worst company I’ve ever given my money to and I will be sure to avoid this website and tell everyone I know to avoid this website like the plague.

Never recieved my injector I ordered. It was bouncing around the US for 2 weeks and never showed up. These people did nothing to compensate, lost 100 bucks.

We shipped this part out to the address you provided on your order. I see that this package was delivered to you this past Friday.

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your package. I see that we emailed you with the FedEx proof of delivery and asked if you have checked with your neighbors. It says the package was left at your back door, just to confirm have you checked around the home and or with your neighbors to see if they received it by mistake? Unfortunately, the shipping insurance was not selected on your order. Please let us know if you located the package.

Unfortunately your product did not resolve my O2 sensor issue. It seemed to help for about 50 miles and then the problem came back, no better. We are still trying to figure out a solution.

Mitchell, Thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately, the O2 sensor spacer is not a 100% guarantee as stated on the site. These will help reduce the chances of the CEL from coming on. However, you will need a tune in order to completely remove the CEL. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in that!

I ordered these shocks back in November and I have yet to receive them. I called several times and I've even spoken with a representative and no one has gotten back to me. I spent alot of money for this product and I still to this day don't have the product

Had to order a part quick. First search of the part went to UroTuning. Their website description was vague but the picture showed the part I needed. Ordered and paid extra for quicker shipping. Received the item which was not what their website picture showed. Contacted them who ignored my emails for a week (I don’t care how they contradict this statement… they ignored my emails!). I knew they ignored my emails because the item on their website changed to the correct item after I emailed them the first time. Wasn’t until I told them I would leave negative reviews did they reply. I know mistakes are made, I’m not upset at that; but, when they are made I don’t want to be treated like a bum. I honestly would have settled for just a sorry but no, they went on the defensive. What is your reputation worth? If you people make a mistake like this make it right with the customer. At worst it might costs you a few hundred bucks, big deal, you are the business, make it right. I was not the one who made the mistake. I won’t order again and will make sure to tell others to stay away.

The FedEx did not deliver my item to my house. I have yet to receive anything and the support claim has been going on for almost 2 weeks. FedEx driver took a blurry picture of the label to hide the fact he didn’t deliver it correctly.

We apologize for the issues with your package. FedEx did investigate that this package was delivered to the address according to the GPS of the FedEx driver and denied the claim. Unfortunately, since there was no shipping insurance purchased at the time of sale this package would not be covered. We are more than happy to help you out with a replacement part if you would like.
