I can't recommend these people to anyone. If you are brave enough to order from them don't get the route insurance. It is like throwing money away. Shady outfit.

The shipping insurance is optional and not something you have to purchase on our site. However, please keep in mind that FedEx, UPS, and USPS do not cover stolen packages if something was taken from your doorstep. Route shipping insurance covers theft as well as damage or missing items. This is not a scam, as it does insure your package.

On top of waiting 8 weeks for a wing. It’s seems as if it’s not molded properly. Had to tear off original tape used because it was horrible quality. Put new 3m tape on let sit for hours and still wants to kick up on the passenger side. I think when it was molded it wasn’t molded properly. Now to the diffuser i still haven’t gotten been waiting over 10 weeks is absolutely ridiculous within itself. If this mold is off I’m going to be absolutely furious with these vendor. Do not use this vendor until they have everything squared away with their product

Terrible experience with RacingLine!!! I never received the rotors, they were held up in customs due to improper documentation from Racingline. The kit comes from the UK, so be ready to wait. I waited 2 months and never received the rotors. Finally Urotuning gave me a refund. Would not recommend.

Uro Tuning sold me a supposed new BW turbo. However we found metal fillings and a crack in the turbo. We had to return the turbo and purchase another one elsewhere in order to get the car back on the road quickly.

This item shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, however, we are sorry to hear that We are sorry to hear about the issue you had with the turbo. I see that we provided you with a label to return the item and there is no movement on the tracking. Was the item returned?

Would not recommend UroTuning based on their false advertising for a recent purchase. Said fits 10+ Audi S4 but it does not fit my 2013 Audi S4 as it does not state anywhere that you lose Power Mirror functions. Restocking fee and shipping costs for a falsely advertised item, will look elsewhere next time.

Installed just barely a week and just after 2 days of being on the car it has started clicking when I turn and making a weird noise as on the video. I had them taken out and reinstalled just to have the same problem again. Went to the Volkswagen dealership to get a second opinion from workers there who have also lowered their Mk 7 Jetta’s and also have had the same problem. Their fix was having to order Strut mounts and bearings. So now I’m having to pay a third time to have it the way it should? I wish the reviews were clear that you needed other parts to make it sit correctly. One star for me.

We are sorry to hear of your experience with the springs. We do have links for the other parts that may be needed when installing springs and selling them in kits. It is always recommended to confirm the condition of the mounts and bearings when installing suspension. I believe the original shop that installed these springs should have looked into this and brought it to your attention.

Ordered a set of Apex Arc 8’s in Hyperblack and concave like the picture in the AD showed. I received silver wheels with a flat face and the company is refusing to even exchange them.

Nadem, We are sorry to hear that you received the wrong wheels. However, the reason we are not able to exchange them or take them back is that the wheels were mounted with tires and driven on. These are no longer in resealable condition to the next person who wishes to purchase them.

We are sorry to hear that the shipping took so long. It appears that the post office may have sorted the package wrong or lost it. Then got the package to you a month after it shipped out. We apologize for that, however, this is something that is out of our control as it is physically not in our hands.

Rafael, We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Please understand that a transmission rebuild kit is not something the manufacturers have on hand and is ready to ship when an order comes through. These are made to order and take 3-4 weeks to ship. We do our best to keep the site updated as much as possible, this item is stated on the site that it is a direct ship from the manufacturer and is subject to their lead times.

Are you able to send photos of the installation to Support@urotuning.com? We have sold a lot of these over the years without any issues. It is possible that if the installation was performed incorrectly it can cause lo pressure. Or there may be a defect with the item as well. Other scenarios can cause low pressure as well we are more than happy to help get this resolved for you.

Are you able to provide your vehicle information as there are a few 1.8t models? These plugs only fit the gen3 1.8t as stated on the site. It is possible that these were purchased for the wrong model vehicle.

Andrew, We are sorry that you had a bad experience shopping with us. Please understand that the items you ordered were not all stated as "in stock" on our site and shipped directly from the suppliers. On your order, multiple items came from different locations. If these were items that were stated in stock on our site they would have all shipped from us. As for the communication I see our system emailed you the information it may have gone to your spam folder as separate emails were sent for the tracking. I see that you are working with Kelsey to return your items. We would be more than happy to return the items for you if you do not wish to keep them.

I am giving only 1 star not because your service is trash it is because I have only recieve a partial delivery from Flow Designs for my MK6 GTI kit. But I gave 5 stars for customer service. Kelsey Gangwer one of your service specialists has been great on trying to fix the problem.

We are very sorry to hear that your experience has not been the best. I see that we have been in contact with Flow designs in Australia in regards to your 3rd package. They are investigating this for us and we are at the mercy of DHL to locate it and make sure it is delivered to you. If the package is lost we will make sure to make this right for you.
