Noticed the fitment was loose for 3 of the 8 lifters. I measured them against my OEM lifters and the lifters that fit to find out they're almost 1 mil undersized.

Be careful. The pictures are kinda blurry so it’s hard to actually see what you’re buying. I should’ve looked a little hard as I thought I was buying a side skirt. Turns out it’s just some sheets of fiberglass that go under your side skirt. And of course there are no returns so I’m just out that money I spent.

We are sorry that you feel like you wasted your money on this item. It is pictured on the site that these are splitters and not side skirts. We also have an install video that shows you what these are and how to attach them to your vehicle. Unfortunately, these are not able to be returned once you order them as they are cut to order. However, we are more than happy to help if you would like to order something else.

It didn’t even work I’m in the process of returning it , I wish the product worked I really needed it now I have to pay out of pocket to return a product that should’ve already worked and wait days just for my money back do better urotuning

When I order the fuel cap believe I order correctly, mk7.5 gti 2018. I get something that doesn't even fit & right logo on gas cap not right fitment! Been busy but going to be returning it.

Jody, I am sorry to hear that the cap did not fit your mk7.5. Just to confirm which style of gas cap do you have? there are two models as stated on the site. One is a push and twist the other is a screw-in style. Please reach out to Support@urotuning.com with the details as we would be more than happy to help get this resolved for you!

Parts ordered are not correct, have sent 2 emails about the issue and no response, called and was told again to send email about this issue.

Ordered on 12/5 and still haven't got it and now usps can't find tracking so sorry to place the one star. Other items I've ordered such as tune and springs are coming in fast and tune has been awesome tho

Total disaster with ordering I order primary timing chain and tensioner and you send me oil chain and rail for it I return all that to you and tou wanted ti charge me for it pealties When i call you it was very unprofesional and you treat me very poor I have called my cc and dispute charges after i send it back to you I will never deal with you in the future

If you can submit the return on our site you can disregard the restocking fee as this is something that we will waive due to the item not being what you needed.

If you are wanting to buy something go elsewhere! Customer service is bad and are no help at all basically wasted my money and time with a purchase.Sent me two of the same seals and couldn’t help me considering it wasn’t what I ordered they knew it wasn’t wat I ordered but continued to say they couldn’t help me or do anything about it

Davine, I apologize for the issues with the seal that you ordered. Looking into this it appears the image was incorrect for the part number order. However, VW was not able to locate the part that we had a photo of. If you have a part number from the actual part that you need are you able to email that to us? This way we can send it to VW and see if they can track down the correct part needed.

Package said it delivered Oct 31st but when I looked in mail box nothing now it shows Nov 10th today that it’s in white plains

The ignition coils I got did not fit in my beetle even when it said it would on your website. I sent an email asking to solve this issue but after almost a week I have not heard yet from you guys. I guess I am going to call you guys in upset mode since I need that fix.

Received the wrong part through a dropshipper. Contacted customer service who didn't reply for a 5 business days. called with no answer after a 15 minute hold time. I received a email reply while on hold that requested more info this was day 5. Waited 1 more day with no reply and then sent a follow up email back giving up and requesting a refund, which was promptly processed.
