“I’m not happy at all with the purchase I made because the bolts do not fit my car and when I contacted Customer Support to return them at first the guy tried to argue that they were the right ones for my car. Ultimately, I was told that I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee because I test fit 1 of the 20 bolts.”

“Long story short, I ordered a tune up kit for uno tuning and never received my item! I’ve called multiple times and of course their support team is non existent that I had to talk to sales to atleast speak to someone who can try and help. Was told my package would be here by certain day as per warehouse staff….nothing. This is unacceptable and very frustrating & certainly a loss of a customer if you ask me.”

“Got the part in a plastic bag. Blow off valve didn't work tried to get a hold of customer service took them about a week in a half two weeks to get back to me then I had to send it back now I'm still waiting on a part. So as of now I'm put of a part and money awesome.”
