“Delivery to your sister company sports direct took 6 days which was shocking as home delivery was 3 days less”

“I am extremely disappointed with USC. You offer your customers additional delivery services at an extra cost. I have paid that extra cost & left a safe place for my parcel to be stored should no one be in. The delivery company didn't use the safe place & took the parcel back therefore my parcel was delivered 2 days later.”

“Orderer a polo shirt and paid £6.99 for Next Day Delivery so I had it to wear for an event the next evening, it arrived 2 days after ordering. May as well of used standard delivery which was cheaper!”

“Everything was delivered before the expected delivery date which was excellent, however only two out of my four items were neatly packed into the bag, the other two being thrown into unsealed bags. That being said, everything else was simple, quick and easy and I don't doubt I got the best price possible.”

“I went in to the Wakefield store to see if my order had arrived because i had ordered it 6 days before the man at the desk just said “no” so when i asked how long does it normally take he said “don’t know” very rude staff”

“Order was shipped in 2 shipments but didn't advise that. Received one delivery and the whole order said complete. Had to chase up the second delivery, reply was quick from usc”

“I brought a hoodie and the sizing was way off to normal. Standard delivery was £5 and took nearly a week to arrive. Considering the price of delivery I expected it sooner. Returned the item but have to pay for the return delivery myself. So put me off ordering the smaller size incase it doesn't fit properly.”

“After paying a delivery charge and hoping the jeans would fit, unfortunatley they were too big, and had to pay £4.50 to return, so total delivery costs were almost £10, so i will always use a company that has free delivery and return, which is exactly what i have just done, will not use USC again”

“Great products and decent prices, delivery charges are steep though. There’s no option for free delivery however much you spend, you have to cover any returns yourself and you even have to pay a delivery charge if you have it delivered to the store for collection!”

“Products I ordered are fine. However they were put into battered boxes (not ruined by delivery) and when I tried to talk to someone about it the response wasn’t good enough and they didn’t even reply to my last email. Quite disappointed and Im not one to complain.”

“Had my order delivered to a sport direct, didn’t receive email confirming order was ready to collect, so I went in store with my details and order reference number and was told item hadn’t arrived. I said it was over a week ago I made the order and asked if this could be checked. Turns out my order had arrived and was ready to collect!”
