“Had my order delivered to a sport direct, didn’t receive email confirming order was ready to collect, so I went in store with my details and order reference number and was told item hadn’t arrived. I said it was over a week ago I made the order and asked if this could be checked. Turns out my order had arrived and was ready to collect!”

“The delivery was left with my neighbour without instruction. The clothes were all different sizes, they were all ordered as small but some were too big and some too small even though they are brands I’ve had before. All products are being returned.”

“Easy to order, frustrating when you encounter a delivery problem but can’t contact delivery service without occurring very expensive call rates. We were in and the delivery driver left a card but didn’t use the knocker so frustrating but no contact number for the driver on the card, he must have pressed bell that doesn’t work or make any noise??”

“Hi. I purchased 2 of thatsame t shirts and as you can see from attached pictures, 1 was still perfect in the packaging and 1had clearly been sent out before and no attempt was made to fold it correctly in the packaging.”

“Very good choice of product but was disappointed to be able to place an order with email confirmation and then the next day to be told part of my order was out of stock . My son was really disappointed. Need to sort out web site or stock availability”

“The clothes ordered were not true to size. Size 16 more like a 14 and XXL men’s more like a L. Also very expensive postage cost and didn’t include return postage costs like most shops today. So basically cost me £10 to find out their clothes aren’t true to size.”

“Would rate 5 for selection and price, but £5 for delivery that takes 5 working days is a joke! Even royal mail 2nd class small parcel is quicker and £3 less. I think if you spend over £30 delivery should be free.”

“Good value for clothing but the standard postage it too expensive for the time it takes to arrive, almost a week. Most other places you can get next day for the cost of standard delivery on USC.”

“The only downside to ordering with USC is no free delivery or returns. Even when you spend a considerable amount there is still no offering of free delivery, I spent over £100 and still had to pay delivery whereas with other retailers I am entitled to free delivery and returns. Due to this I will think twice before ordering with USC online again. Many Thanks, Kirsty Smith”

“I’ve gave a 3 star review because I didn’t think the items was very well presented. Most of the items was just Thrown in the bag other than that everything else was fine.”

“There are some good deals and a.range of brands. Some of the products lack description or don't have photos with multiple angles to know what the products look like. There was a charge of around a fiver for basic delivery even after spending around £200 and when the items around, some were not in proper packaging. There were no returns vouchers either.”
