Quick returns...but delivery/returns cost is way too expensive. Selected next day delivery, trainers arrived on time. Sent back two pairs and was refunded quickly. The reason for only 3 stars is USC fail to provide a free returns label, so the original delivery + returns postage cost me £15!! This means I am unlikely to order anything again.

Nothing wrong with the product or service but would not order from USC unless for an item that I could not find elsewhere. They charge approx. £5 for delivery and you have to pay for the return; it has cost me just under £10 for the delivery and return of a jacket that cost over £80. Most online businesses these days absorb the cost of delivery/return which means consumers are more likely to return / try more items.

Good clothes at a reasonable price but I would shop at USC more often if it was free delivery and free returns. My recent order for one pair of trousers was delivered at a cost of £5 and returned at an additional £5. For this reason I will shop elsewhere.

Hugo boss looked at sizes before I bought it stated xxxl 52/54 items arrived fit 44/46 cost me £11 pound to send back disappointed nice items but not as advertised fit wise

Delivery and returns were fine but my item 100% wasn’t correct size I wanted medium and large adult more like youths cost me £3 twice to return items

Used USC before and never had a issue before but my last order has been disappointing they claim 5-7 working days for your order but I won't rely on them again to meet that commitment order placed 5am on the 30th August now the 10th September 9pm no email of delivery do the math

Good prices and selection. Sizing information could be improved. Sizing across and within brands is completely random - not USC’s fault but they could improve with better info by brand Would be much higher rated if there were free returns. Having to pay for delivery and returns isn’t ideal

Item ordered was delivered quickly but had to be returned for a different size as it was US sized which is smaller than European sizes. This was a birthday present so I needed to be sure that a replacement was going to arrive on time. NO PHONE NUMBER!!! COULD NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE!!! Turned out that the size was not available so got refunded. Purchased elsewhere. TOO MANY COMPANIES DO NOT HAVE PHONE NUMBERS!!! SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO SOEAK TO A PERSON AS THE FAQ ON THE WEBSITE DOESN'T COVER EVERYTHING!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Received wrong item and returned to manager at store . Customer services want to make me wait 14 days for refund even though they have order back and wrong item , got refund after asking for manager and still waiting on my £10 goodwill gesture so will have to call them back once again ..

Received my items a day earlier than stated, which I was really happy with. However upon opening the bag which contained three items I was disappointed to see one of the items wasn't individually wrapped like the other two. And that it was covered in marks which I now need to send back. It has tags on it but almost looks like it's been worn with black marks around the neck and a yellow, glue type mark on the stomach area.

The Boots I ordered were not the same colour as shown. When email them about it I got an email back saying sorry that you believe you didn't receive the right boots. To then have to send pictures of the boots and the ones they are advertising to show they are different to get a response of a return slip.

There was no updates on my order that I placed online so I was worried if it was going to turn up on time, then when I received my order there was a security tag still atattached to the Lacoste shorts, I then had to travel down to the Birkenhead store to get them to remove it which could have cost me the £6:99 delivery that I paid! I ordered online so I didn't have to go into the store which I ended up doing anyway!

Although I was pleased with the three items I purchased my son - the one item he wanted to wear today he couldn’t as it still has a security tag attached to it that we obvs can’t remove. Am fuming that although I paid for home delivery I now have to travel ten miles to the shop and pay for parking to have the tag removed!!!!!
