i ordered my items almost 2 weeks ago now. I am still waiting!! have sent an email querying this, no response. I dont even want them now!!

Although we were kept informed, our parcel took just under 4 months to arrive which we didn’t think was acceptable.

Easy to order and delivery was quick, however, feel aggrieved that I paid £69 for a t shirt which when arrived was clearly £49 and an email requesting refund has been ignored

It was good to Order but iv waited over a week for delivery. I have been into Portsmouth store but nobody can advise me and just says wait for email !!!! Please can you advise how long an order takes Thanks x

I placed an order with 3 items. The main item and the reason for the purchase although available at the time of purchase was subsequently removed from the shopping list. I complained immediately asking for the order to be canceled without success. So I had to pay postage of items that I just ordered to take advantage of the order, and I was deprived, without resolution or solution advanced by the site of the main item and reason of the order.

Ordering online is easy however delivery to stores is long. I ordered over a week ago, money out of my account that day but now having to chase up my order and still hasn’t been delivered into store. If this was not an online order only product I wouldn’t have had this service, puts me off ordering online in the future

I bought some converse as a Christmas gift. They were a reasonable price but the box came battered and ripped and the paper around the trainers was ripped. I don’t have time to return so I’ve had to give them anyway..

Shop not open as stated on the email, customer service line answers, puts you through to a voicemail advising an agent will be with you shortly and then advises the department shut an hour and a half ago. Yet to pick up my order, hopefully its what I paid for.

Be better if was free returns instead of £4.99 for delivery and another £4.99 should you need to return

Sent different shirt ...not the one listing photo...had to send it back...out of pocket now...but dont think its a warehouse fault think listing was wrong....none the less still out of pocket

In todays world usc gives very poor senvice. If they dont have the desired size in shop, they do not order it in for you, you have to order it. The order is not free, and if they dont fit, you can not return it for free. Nobody does it in such a bad way anymore. Even cheap shops like decathlon has very very good service.

Shoe sizing not as expected based on previous purchases of this brand so I'm going to be well out of pocket after paying postage.

I ordered a pair of trainers but the box is all ripped with a hole in it so couldn’t give as a present so I will not be using again

The product was sent with a sticker showing the product was on sale in the shop for £62 and l paid £85. Not very nice. I would have prefer to have been charged the sale price.

I was not happy at all, I bought some boxers online as they were a gift but when they arrived not only were they wrong size, they still had the security tag attached. Which I then had to go to a USC store to get removed but they couldn’t do it there. So they offered me an exchange but they didn’t have the colours in I wanted. I got store credit but only for the boxers and not for my postage and packaging. Not happy. Walked away with no gift and £5 lighter after travelling all the way down there, which isn’t easy for me which is why I used online service !!!

Disappointed. I bought a pair of Firetrap Wesley boots. I bought them as I already had a pair that I loved. The boots eventually arrived at the delivery shop (Sports Direct) and unfortunately they were not the same boots. I had to email to USC to find out the lead-time of delivery to the collection point as this is not clear on the order information, but they were on display in the shop in Crewe when I collected, so did not need to pay £4.95 delivery. I collected my boots hoping they were the same as the ones I owned and saw on online - Same price, same description, same product code, but not the glossy patent boots as shown on the website. However, they are still a good pair of boots, despite their lack of shine that they should have. USC need to check their website photos and descriptions match the supplier's product. Won't trust the website, as the guy in Sports Direct says they might be enhanced images..... Long live the high-street shop.
