The products themselves were good quality but the way they were packaged and sent to me was disgraceful, a perfume I ordered the box was torn open and had been used, all of the packaging was torn on all products and in a bad condition. Good value for money just not delivered in suitable condition as some were Christmas presents now needing to be repackaged.

Customer services is terrible. Your lucky to get a reply within 5 days, if at all. I'm still waiting on a reply from over a week ago. It's the same with Sports Direct and House of Fraser. Probably the same staff!. On the positive side though the clothes are generally of a good price, shame though that I have had a few experiences where they show as in stock until your order then you get a cancellation email?

Customer care for the USC is not very good at all. I sent a enquiry on Friday last week and it has taken till today (next Wednesday) to get a poor response from them. Waist of time waiting 5 day for a response

I have ordered 2 pair of shoes in size 9 both came out too small for my feet and usual wear size 9. Sending back will cost more and it’s very inconvenient.

Was not happy with the fact everything came much much bigger although I ordered the right sizes as I have bought items from here before and I'm sure the labels are wrong everything needs to be returned

I ordered my goods on 26/11/18, had an email on 27/11/18 to say my order is in progress and will get anorher email when ready to collect. I'm still waiting for that email!!! NO goods yet received.

The review might only take two minutes but the delivery took two weeks not sure where it came from but I ordered something from America on the same day and that got here first poor service

Received a pair of £199 trainers that had previously been worn and had blue dye on them and a scuff mark. Contacted customer services and returned the shoes for an exchange. I now have the exchange but am unhappy I had to pay £11 to return a pair of trainers that were not fit to be sent to a customer. Explained in my email I wasn't happy. No refund of my postage offered even though the return was not because I changed my mind but because the trainers were in effect faulty!

Was allowed to order jogging bottoms that were saying were in stock but were not so I paid £5 delivery for just boxers & socks after being charged for the jogging bottoms then later told they were not available. If I'd been told this before placing order I'd have chosen other joggies or not bothered at all. Im not spending another £5 on delivery on joggers. I'm shopping elsewhere.

Ordered two products. One in stock when I ordered and then out of stock when dispatched . The other one cost less than what I was charged for postage. Turned out to be expensive. Not impressed.

Your courier service are awful.ive had parcels left at wrong addresses,left at my front door which isn't secure at all.And last time few days ago was just thrown over my fence to porch.luckily wasn't anything breakable inside..i pay for 3-4 days delivery I'm lucky if I get in within 8 days.You may have lost me as a customer due to who you are using as a courier service!!

I had put in an emergency order for some clothes and paid for next-day priority delivery. It turns out that I had not once received a despatch notification e-mail at all, and the items were NOT posted until the following day proceeding the payment. I had an event to attend and was not happy with the result of the order holding me back. Each time I have ordered from here it is a 50/50 result that you will even get your parcel on time. Prices are often decent enough here, however there are more reliable companies for buying your fashion.

Extremely disappointed! Bought some vans for my godson for Christmas (albeit in the sale) which came very quickly. On delivery I was so annoyed to see that I clearly had one brand new trainer and one that had eithe been worn and sent back or on a shelf for people to try on. It was filthy and dented and scratch around the “white” trim at the bottom. I obviously sent them back and was annoyed even still that I had to pay postage when if they weren’t in that state, I wouldn’t have had to pay £4 so send them back! Not on at all!

Not very happy During Black Friday sale I ordered over £150 worth of goods so I could get £40 vouchers as however a few days later I got emailed to say half my order was out of stock Why could this not be stated at time of purchase and now I have lost out on the Black Friday voucher which was part of the reason for purchasing Very poor
