Dissapointed in USC I received a birthday code for a discount. I’m trying to use it was invalid. I contacted USC who took a few days to reply, then the reply was we can’t help with your question contact customer support. Which I did who then took several days to reply which I got code only works on full price items! By then I’ve purchased my item at full price May I add!! And code still hadn’t worked.. so don’t even try use a code they don’t work look else where.

I ordered my parcel weeks ago and had emails saying my parcel has been delivered and I still haven’t received it. It is now less then 10 days till Christmas and I need the parcel.

Delivery service terrible and nobody would reply to me or get back to me about it.. waited about 10 days on it... ridiculous!!!

Staff not very pleasant at all. And to crown it they havent taken the security alarm off causing me to go to town again to get it removed.

I ordered 2 items, a t-shirt and men's trainers.I was sent 2 different trainers !! I was unaware that I had to pay to send them back as it was the company that made the mistake in the first place.I did not send them back as it will cost me even more money and it was a Xmas present so unsure whether I would even get them in time.Would not use this company again.

I have had 2 emails asking me to review this order but am still waiting for it to arrive. It is past the delivery time I was told and is nearly 2 weeks now. This should be made very clear and delivery should not cost so much if I am waiting so long for it.

Should have been given the option to choose an alternative when one item was suddenly out of stock I’m sure there was another colour option available.

I paid 75 for a shirt. When it arrived it had a sticker on it for 65 . I felt a little cheated. Other than that the products were good.

Have to pay nearly £4 for return postage cost if the item doesn’t suit you, which most of the online retailers provide free return. The item I ordered was ok, but smaller than I expected.

Take longer then expected received the order but most of the stuff were missing so have to chase them even though they have confirmed the items been sent

told us something was in stock then told it was out of stock and we had to pay delivery, then looked another day and it was showing in stock !!!!!!!!

I ordered this item and to date it still has not been delivered I phoned and also emailed re hermes delivery having been signed for and still no respone this was a christmas gift disappointed

Fast delivery and refunds however 4.99 delivery then have to pay for returns yourself is a joke

Disappointed that although was a specific size requested online order confirmed wrong size and prior to order being processed emailed to ask to change order or cancel this was not carried out so had to return the item and refund was given without the postage fees returned even though website states refund of postage fees are paid when they weren’t

The reason why I gave poor is as follows. After I placed my order I noticed a few hour later that I has chosen the ring colour, early the next morning I emailed customer service to change but no reply. I know that it would have been possible for you to change as it probably wouldn’t have been picked and I couldn’t take the chance of sending it back and reordering so close to Christmas. I don’t know why I ordered it anyway because I’m sure I could of got it cheaper else where.

One of the items was found to be out of stock. Why? The rest of the order was dispatched 6 days after my order. USC sent it next day delivery presumably because they had taken so long to dispatch the order.
