Really annoyed. Ordered 3 items for Xmas. All in stock. 1 day later e mail stating 1 item out of stock. Another day later another item out of stock. Too late then to go out and buy. Why do they show as in stock and added to basket when not in stock.

Ordered online and they gave me the wrong order and it was filthy when I went in store to get my money back they said credit note only even though they was the one who got my order wrong Or I could have requested a form online waited for them to send it out to me for then me to send my items back to get a full refund when I asked how long this would take I got “ I don’t know” back. Shocked and won’t be ordering from there again.

Part of my order was cancelled and I had requested next day delivery for the 3 items. In the event I only received one item and this certainly was not received the next day. Tried to contact the company to discuss but no contact numbers available. I will not shop with you again.

Ordered a parcel for Christmas still hasn’t turned up. Spent £4.99 on delivery for it not to come within the time it has. Been sat at the national depot for over a week.

Part of my order missing so xmas present down the pan. Emailed but no reply.....did try ringing vu ALWAYS engaged. Not very happy at all to be honest and probably wouldn't shop here again

Ordered off the website but then got an email saying that my order wasn't in stock. Was charged £6.99 for ft day delivery that didn't come next day and got absolutely no response from emailing customer services.

My dad has lived in these same trainers for many years and they are getting harder and harder to find and increasing a lot in price too so when I found them on here I was buying him them for Christmas. When they arrived the box was squashed and ripped and the velcro was stuck on the laces and had threaded them. So wasn't impressed however no time to send back and change so had to change laces and fix box. For the price of them you'd expect more.

Very disappointed with item as it had a stain on the front. Will have to be returned as was a Christmas present for grandson.

Good value, fast delivery Poor packaging. T-shirt - a Christmas gift - was screwed up in a ball and therefore creased all over and was sent in an opened and oversized inner bag

The stuff I ordered is great, but the parcel was out for delivery and after waiting in all day did not arrive. The following day I tracked it which said it had been delivered. I was in and no-one came to the door or put a slip through the door to say it had arrived, however it was at my back door just left there. It is a right of way so anyone could have lifted it and I would have never got the delivery. Not a good delivery service!!

I payed £7.99 for next day delivery and my shoes took nearly 3 days to come so I wasn't satisfied with the service I received

I had an issue with delivery which I had to spend a week sorting out myself. Horrendous customer service from USC and from fastway couriers. Deeply disappointed

Considering i bought 7 items and only 6 were shipped i am not impressed. I received an dmail 2-3 days after my order telling me that one item was iut of stock. So close to Christmas this was a huge inconvenience

I found my service very poor unfortunately, i never normally have a problem with communication and ordering things online however i felt this time round i got messed around with a lot, I understood there was a issue with the address however i told a man and women on the live chat my correct address and an email to Hermes, however both time i got told my address would be passed on to the courier and i would get it within 24-48hrs however this didn't happen, i felt i was going round and round in circles having to keep asking questions about where my parcel was, in the end being told it wouldn't come before Christmas i had to cancel my order and buy another from the shop it self. I understand its Christmas and very busy time i just felt like i was getting no where with receiving my parcel and if it wasn't for me chasing it up all the time i wouldn't of been told it wasn't going to be here before Christmas and wouldn't of been told anything other than "delay due to address query" every day. I'm not sure if this is a matter with USC or Hermes but the delivery was very poor. However customer service at USC shop its self was good and got the problem sorted straight away and was very helpful.
