I placed an order after receiving an email offering free delivery. The site wouldn't accept the promotional code given, telling me to use it later in the checkout procedure, but didn't give me the opportunity and charged me for postage. When I complained I was told the offer was only for use with the app... POOR I think you've just lost a regular customer!

Prices are good, as is the selection and brands but USC lacks customer service. The fact that you only provide an premium number is extremely poor and this is made worse by the time it takes for customer services to respond to emails. I couldn’t find a link to live chat. USC also takes far too long to refund customers.

Not the fastest delivery and don't like the 5 pound delivery charge . Should be free for click and collect

Products were great just really slow delivery time 6 days after ordering. Ordered other items from another site same time got that 2 days later from same courier company USC uses.

I ordered a pair of vans, the service was fine although I don't believe you should pay for click and collect. The item itself however was not as described. I ordered "pink/white vans, upon opening the box the vans were purple, the label inside the stated pink/white however the box states they are "lilac". The item was not as described.

Ordered item on next day delivery for £6.99 didn’t receive item until the following week. Tried to contact customer services with no reply. Good products very disappointing service

Being told something I had ordered and payed for was sold out after, and delivery took about 2 weeks when I payed £4.99

Though the quality of the product I ordered is exceptional, I did not like the online process whatsoever. First of all, the post and packaging is very expensive compared to other online retailers which is a bit of a put off when wanting to buy. When I received the product, the security tag was still attached to the jumper I ordered and there was no invoice included in the package. This meant that I had to spend more time and money going into town to get the tag removed.

Size wasn’t available. Staff provided a reference number and advised I should order them online - couldn’t order in store for home delivery. Poor service and stock, but what I’d expect from Sports Direct’s businesses. Won’t use again.

Even though the service was good and fast i received the wrong size shoe in the wrong box, Im not blaming anyone as mistakes are made but it has caused an inconvenience. Shoes box sizes need to be checked and make sure correct size shoes are in corresponding boxes.

This is the second time over the past year you sent me other sunglasses than I ordered. I will not return them because you already sold sunglasses what I want. You have a terrible service. Have to wait almost 2 weeks for processing order...

Found it a bit cheeky that after charging for delivery the only option to return the item was by Royal Mail at the customers cost with no option to return in store. As a result I have had to pay £8.00 to return 1 item. Will probably not use your website again. Poor customer returns service.

Wrong items received,ordered two tops the same got different products rubbish service easy to get right not to happy had to go back to sports direct again because of your mistake to return the item.

Postage is too high, click and collect to store should be free of charge as many retail companies doesn’t charge at all to receive to store! This is something you might need to consider in 2019 to boost up the sale, so I would shop regularly from your online store.

Delivery is expensive and although it was a signed for package it was just rammed through my letter box because I wasn't home when the delivery was made. My item also still had the security tag attached which I had to get removed by a helpful person working at another shop.
