Ordered a birthday present with next day delivery, and they sent the WRONG item. Then they took 3 days to get back to me once I'd filled in a form to sort it out and by that point the birthday had passed. Once they did get back to me, they said I've now got to return the wrong item, though they said they would pay for the return delivery. Not only have I wasted £7 on next day delivery, I received no compensation. I wont be keen on ordering from here again...

Very slow with order process by the time my order was processed three of my items were out of stock I understand this does happen but it took 8days to process and notify me

Dissapointing that no amendment can be made to order after placing. I waited a week for the order to be processed to find that an item was not available so was automatically cancelled and a refund processed. Had the opportunity been available I would have swapped for a different size. Instead, if I wanted the item in the alternative size I would have had to place another order and paid a further delivery charge. I think this is a basic service to provide that other companies do very easily, I can't imagine I'm the first person to have been in this dissatisfied situation. If the stock isn't available to buy then your purchasing system should have awareness of this giving the best customer experience.

Only kept 2 of the 5 items I ordered. Damaged. And then I have to pay postage to return the goods that weren't right to begin with... trainers being one of the poor items, so it wasn't cheap postage.

I had a lovely Christmas with lots of shoes! Unfortunately they didn't fit so I returned them to a store in hopes to swap to my size but they didn't have them in stock SO I got given a credit note to spend online and I thought FAB. Ordered the right size and chose a shop to get them delivered to as I work every day. Got emails to keep me updated, dispatched, with courier, on the way to shop, unable to deliver as not able to drop at said shop??!! Not able to select a different place which I think is poor. So yet again I am without my shoes and I darent order them again because I won't be the one receiving them!!

There was a delay in the goods being shipped which I had to follow up with customer services. On receiving the goods the website pictures hadn’t shown the goods as they actually were resulting in to price being returned and one of the items not quality checked before dispatch resulting in one shoe being a different colour and high I then had to pay to return and requested an exchange. So thinking I’d got a bargain in the sales increased to n price due to having to pay for the return postage. So on the whole not very happy with my experience.

Ordered boxing day...for next day delivery. Order didn't process for over a week after repeated emails to customer services. Then all of a sudden order processed without any explanation. Packaging was poor. One product had electronic tags attached. Cost me a fortune to return goods. They should offer free returns especially for repeat customers. Won't be using them again.

Quite disappointed with the returns process. The cost of the standard delivery alone shocked me but then to learn I'd have to pay to return the item as well wasn't great. The item unfortunately was too large for me but I couldn't justify returning it so will just sit in my wardrobe. The delivery itself was pretty swift but I didn't even receive an invoice with my item. Won't be using USC again.

Poor quality item, no response to email queries and had to pay nearly £10 in postage. Item poorly packaged - unsure whether this has been opened by courier or not but not for for purpose

Wrong item delivered. Contacted customer service and it has been very poor. Was told I need to return the item before they would issue a refund or send the correct product. Below is the product ordered and the product sent out

Ordered 4items and paid extra for next day delivery, took 5days to tell me an item was out of stock. Then on the 6th day after I ordered another item was out of stock, received my order after 7days.

Hi there I am a regular shopper at USC both in shop and online I have presently 2 orders with you online which I have still not received I go on holiday on Friday morning and was hoping to have my items it has took over a week now so will put me of using your online service again and look elsewhere very disappointed with the service. I placed an order after receiving an email offering free delivery. The site wouldn't accept the promotional code given, telling me to use it later in the checkout procedure, but didn't give me the opportunity and charged me for postage. When I complained I was told the offer was only for use with the app... POOR I think you've just lost a regular customer!
