Parcel was delivery 4 days late, item packaging were all ripped open, not folded and just thrown into a big bag. Very very poor with handling clothing

Item I bought Size was a large but felt more like a child’s large. Considering the item Brand was EA7, the quality felt very low and cheap it was such a disappointment. Also very annoying is the returns. Although I bought it online, why on earth can’t I just return it to one of your stores and get a refund at the store Jilly like I can with all your competitors. Such a tedious process and will put me off ever ordering online with yourselves whilst that process remains

trainers turned up slightly scuffed. I bought as a present for my brother. My brother did not like the trainers. Took to usc bradford store who advised I would need to post back which will now cost me money to send back

Regular customer of usc ,ordered £190 worth ,one item £40 Lacoste shorts ,got a green Slazenger t shirt 3 for £11?...not even same ball park ....can’t contact anyone on phone ,constantly unavailable,paid £4.99 delivery now I have to go in as I’m sure I’m going to have to argue my case rather than send back a t shirt ( which incidentally I will have to pay for the postage when it’s not my error )

Jacket came with security taguard on it. And looked as if someone just scrunched the jacket up and squeezes it in the bag. Still waiting for replacement.

I was happy with the product I ordered, but I am not happy with the fact, that I ordered two items and I received an e-mail saying one of the items is out of stock, so you had to send me the just one of the items. One thing you should do, is ask if I want to replace the missing item with another one, not just sending me the one you have. Kind regards, Alexander Shterev

The box for 3 items I ordered was damaged. I had to remove the trainers from a box as it looked terrible. The rest of items were ok.

Sizes not clear, children’s shoes while browsing in men’s online resulting in a child’s size 10 not a men’s size 10. Stores now offer free delivery for click and collect but both the long click and collect cost or to have a quicker delivery were both quite excessive.

Delivery very slow, took 10 days to receive my order. Even factoring in Christmas break this is very long. Also, I don't think a company should charge a customer £5 for 5 day delivery after they have spent over £200 on their site. No next day delivery was offered to my location ( Northern Ireland) which I could have slightly justified the additional £2 for. They also sent to me via Ireland which unnecessarily increased delivery time further. As for the order itself a pair of the boots received has a boot that appears to have been worn as the leather on the tongue is wrinkled.

Due to lack of stock and faulty good in store I have now had to pay an additional delivery charge to have the items ordered from your website. Doesn't seem fair ...

I ordered my husband a pretty green top in a large ,If was opened on Xmas day with a large tag attached but the label which was sown in was a medium ,has to be sent back ,very disappointing.

When the Levi hoodie came which I purchased for my partner for Christmas he tried it on and there was dirty black marks all over the hood and the back of it as if it had been dragged across the floor, with it being an item brand new I don’t expect it to be marked.

No jeans in stock despite showing on website (the main reason I ordered). One product (gloves) arrived damaged but the lack of free returns makes it not worthwhile to try and return them. Last time I use USC. Always something wrong.

Very happy with the delivery but very disappointed in the condition of one of the polo shirts I ordered, now I have the inconvenience in sending this item back.
