Part of my order was cancelled and took ages to get a refund. I ended up cancelling the full order. £4.99 delivery is shocking, a delivery to store should be free.

Order placed then few days later part cancelled. Delivery was very slow, poor especially since you pay £4.99 for privlege to be delivered to store

Ordered a pair of (sparkly) ladies converse (from the ladies category) in size 7(W) but somehow ended up with them in a mens size 9? Too late to return them before Xmas so lets hope the girlfriend doesn't notice or doesn't mind her shoes being extra roomy! Merry Xmas ya filthy animals lol.

I went into store to buy a pair of Converse. They didnt have the size I wanted in the colour wanted, and helpfully scanned about 6 other colours, none of which were available in store in the right size. The shop assistant said they couldn't search for a specific size either on the device or in person so Id have to order online. Find it ridiculous that no one could tell me what stock was on store in the right size. It felt like guesswork and a waste of time and i ended up being forced to order online, and PAY to have the shoes delivered to STORE. No other shops encountered have asked for payment for STORE delivery. I dont want to be forced to shop in stpre again just to recouperate this cost. Feel a bit fleeced.

Was totally embarrassed when I went to collect my parcel! Walked out and the alarm had gone off as they’d left the tags on the items inside my parcel! Wasn’t best pleased. Then got home to find some of my items missing.!

I am still waiting to hear back. I ordered some size 8 converse for a Christmas’s gift, a size 9 was sent in a size 8 box. I emailed and 3 days late some one emailed me to ask for photos. Which I promptly sent. Am still waiting to see what happens next....... Have a feeling it will it be sorted for Christmas now!!!!!

Items arrived on time. However, there was a sale sticker attached to my items saying they were each reduced to £28 but I paid £40 each! Not impressed.

1st if all your delivery takes ages to dispatch and also said that it had been delivered when i hadnt recieved it, and then the next day i actually got it. Also sorry your sizes do not match the description.

Very bad customer service methods. Firstly, I never received a confirmation email so I tried multiple times and ways to contact to try to see what was happening and had no luck and no response. I tried calling a number that was listed for you and actually ended up being charged to call this! Only did I know I was actually going to receive my items when I got a text saying I could pick them up in a few days. When this day came around, I got another text saying there was a delay till tomorrow. Tomorrow came and the same thing happened again. Need to update the ways that people can contact as I had no idea what was going on and was very unhelpful!
