Order was fine but the delivery was not. My parcel was delivered to the wrong street. I had no idea where it was. I emailed USC on the Tuesday when I received notification from Hermes that my parcel had been delivered but it was not delivered to my door. They told me it had been delivered to number 11. When I emailed Hermes they said the parcel had been left with a neighbour but not in my street. They had tried to deliver it to 7 turret drive but my address is 7 fortingall cres. They had left it at no 11 turret drive. I emailed USC back to ask when my parcel would be delivered to the correct address and they said they would look into it. That’s the last I heard from USC. The Hermes driver told the parcel recipient where we lived and she had to bring it along to us. This was now Thursday - 2 days after I had been told it was delivered. By the way she had already opened it thinking it was hers. I still have not heard back from USC even for an apology and will NEVER buy anything from this website again. Sheila Pirrie

Ordered a nail polish remover cream and two sauna masks. Packaging was tatty and ripped- not a good start. The one sauna mask I’ve tried didn’t heat up at all. So not impressed so far.

Usually have great service from USC , but this time was a slight exception , 2 of the T-shirt’s came packaged fine but the third T-shirt was scrunched in to a ball and shoved into a tiny bag , it also has stains on the front ... and there’s no point in sending it back because that would cost 5 pound when the T-shirt only cost 12

Terrible returns policy as you can’t even return online purchases to a store and all returns have to be paid for by the customer.

Ordered two pairs of Lacoste joggers and had one cancelled as out of stock even though the website and the app still showed stock. I emailed three times before I got a response from someone each time including a screen shot showing that they were still stocking the item and asking why my order was not being fulfilled properly. I finally got a reply saying that on pick it was not available and I had been refunded so that was it. I replied again saying that to order it again as it still says it's in stock will mean paying delivery again which is unfair and asking for a solution to which again days later I have had no reply. Order from Reebok and they deliver when things become available and send part orders when needed, order from Amazon and they can process based on available stock and deliver when it becomes available. USC stock ordering is rubbish, their customer service and response speed is way below par. I am not out of pocket financially but time and effort wise I completely am. I wanted two pairs, got one and then a "It's tough" message instead of a positive solution. Three photos showing in stock attached but without me paying delivery again no way of ordering. So unhelpful and such poor service.

I queued for 10 mins in the Meadowhall store to then be told I needed to go upstairs to sports direct to collect my order, again there was a 15 min queue. I purposely ordered my daughter a size 2 & 3 in the same trainer as we weren't sure what size she needed. We tried them on in the shop and I asked if I could refund the size 2 as the size 3 fit her. I was then told after again queuing to return them that it has to be done online (and the cost of sending them back was on me) or I could have a credit note. All in all it was ridiculous and it would have saved me time and expense by just going into store

Well the 2 boxes of trainers arrived in a right bad state !!! Probably Hermes fault but they should be better stronger boxed, also in one of the Reebok trainers box the trainers were missing all tags off the trainers plus no reebok tissue paper etc.. also the right shoe had very badly discoloration to it , so was obviously a display one !! These were for a gift so could not give them in this state..very disapointed will not be buying anything again from this company...

These items were faulty. I have already sent two items back but the one I have kept I found that this is faulty. The belt material is coming away from the main part of the dress on the Firetrap wrap around dress! Not impressed when paying over £20.

The order was delivered to the nominated store 7 days after being placed. Far too long a wait, especially after paying £5 for click and collect.

Paid for quick delivery and they came a day later than I’d paid for. I emailed customer services to complain and got no response. Not impressed

Women’s converse trainers are labelled in the incorrect sizing, they are actually in men’s sizing. As of this, I went to order a women’s 6.5 but got sent a men’s 6.5(women’s 8.5), alongside this I also paid for next day delivery. I have tried contacting customer services and the responses are extremely slow. Not happy with using the website at all after this dissappointing and frustrating experience. Alongside this the boxes for the trainers were completely damaged. So would be no good as a gift

Very poor customer service and postage costs is high even when ordering a high cost order then you also have to pay return postage. Sizing very poor ordered two tops in the same size Style and brand and one was too small and the other like a bin bag! Will not order again.

the date stated for delivery on my initial order was missed by over a week with no communication from the company. i emailed to ask what had happened to my delivery but i did not get any reply. the only communication i received was auto bot emails and nothing from an actual human explaining why my order was late or showing any sense of common curtesy or customer service
