The actual delivery went well and the shoes were lovely however they have to be returned as they are far too big, far bigger size than was listed as UK shoe size. This has then incurred heavy return postage costs that usc won't pay. Not that happy and wouldn't use again.

Delivery...... expensive but good Goods.......... very poorly packaged, some not even in packaging. Return policy....... very expensive 2 send goods back, very poor return policy. Overall....... spent a lot of money on your site, unfortunately I won't be spending anymore........

Charged for delivery and sent an email with tracking number so say order is collected by courier. Tracking number doesn't work on the courier website. When I queried this I was told that the tracking number will not work until the parcel arrives in Ireland. It's been 7 days now.. still no parcel.. still not appearing on the courier website.. Apart from the ridiculous time it takes for a PAID delivery to get from the UK to Ireland, it's appalling that the tracking does not work. There are many other online retailers who provide proper tracking and deliveries within a normal timeframe. I'll be buying from these in the future

Wasn't overly happy with my order,t-shirts came in a screwed up ball,and jeans look like they have been kicked about a warehouse for 6 month

My initial order was for Uk 2xl Lacoste jacket. USC sent a 2xl US size. Which was to small. The jacket was for a birthday present. Very disappointed that I had to pay for the initial postage. Then to return it. And then to buy a different jacket. Postage cost £21 in total.

Was not happy that my click and collect to store order was cancelled as “it couldn’t be delivered “ erm... what? Had to reorder the items... still waiting to see if that gets cancelled

Don’t like the website, doesn’t feel user friendly. Don’t like the whole process of ordering items, from start to finish. I wasn’t happy. Needs serious rebranding and different approach with the order process. Over £200 worth of clothes brought and you’re charging for delivery.

You sent the wrong aftershave. I rechecked website, you have the correct Lacoste picture, however description is wrong.

Twice the product showed in stock and once purchased it was cancelled straight down. Very poor. To make matters worse the two payments have still not been returned after almost two weeks.

Disappointed that I need to return 1 item & can not take it to a sports direct store or usc store, makes no sense what's ever, & 14 days for the monies to appear in my original choice of payment. Will not order online again.

I had an order delivered to store which I collected and took home. Upon opening the parcel, the first item I pulled out was scrunched up in the parcel and very dirty. I liked the jumper itself and decided to try it on. Inside the pocket was a security tag, in two parts, with a very sharp pin like end poking through the jumper. I didn’t know this was there until it cut me and actually drew blood. I find this absolutely disgusting especially as I subsequently emailed customer services and received and received a pretty much blanket email reply. No mention of anything to do with the security tag which is dangerous!! The email also stated the refund of the delivery charge to collect the order in store (yes, a delivery charge to collect the order in store). I’m appalled and expected more than an aloof template email. It’s very disappointing because I was really impressed with the reputable branded items on the website I hadn’t even considered the quality, care and customer service would be so poor. I was also aware prior to placing my order that I would be responsible for return postage (as items returned to store and exchange or credit only?!) and I felt this was a risk I was willing to take as I’m familiar with majority of the brands I ordered. Unfortunately I was let down by USC rather than the brands they sell.

Really cheap stuff, and really cheap service. If your order has any issue, do not expect any speedy resolution or USC to take ownership of anything. USC has many draconian terms & conditions hidden away and they will hold you to those terms. They know the prices will keep you coming back. I now use other sites before I go to USC or Sports Direct. A little customer service could have made these companies great. Alas, they are substandard.

8 days since i placed an order, 5th day since " was processed and is with courier" , money has been take by you but still i did not received the order beside thwt you took money for all products but it seems 1 is missing cause you notify me .

I am just disappointed that for the second time ordering from you, the electronic store tag is still attached to some of the clothes in the order. This means I have to go downtown and have someone in a shop remove it, and that is an inconvenience as people may believe I have actually stolen the goods.

Shoes faulty so returned to store - no refund on del cost of £6. Had to reorder as not available in store so another £6. £12 del in total so won’t order again!

Awful, horrific courier service! No contact details or calling cards left just kept trying to deliver at the same time each day (11am) on a Monday Tuesday and wednesday! Erm hello....people work! Looked for a contact number online to try and make arrangements but only get through to a basic automated system...zero use. Now my order is somewhere on its way back to USC, apparently I’ll get a refund...I don’t want a refund I want my order!!
