Bought two t shirts one was fine the other one was dirty obviously been tried on before maybe even worn.

The sizes are deceiving online! And you left that metal tag on the hoody! Have to pop in to my local store to get it removed! IDIOTS

Absolutely outrageous sizing! I ordered a ladies pair of jeans 28W 32L. When I received them they wouldn't go near me. So I thought I'd meaure them. Turns out they're 24inch waist and 27inch leg!! I also bought a pair of jeans for my Dad's birthday - couldn't get them passed his knees. I ordered myself tshirts - which a 10 is usually baggy on me. These size 10's were skin tight. Not sure what's going on with your sizing USC but it's ridiculous. Really quite an inconvenience. It's a shame as the clothing is lovely - just the sizing that's a shambles.

I have rated the delivery service as ‘poor’ simply because it took too long for something that costs £5 for delivery. Many companies charge less or nothing at all and can deliver the next day. I wouldnt mind £5 delivery charge if there was a ddecent delivery service.

I was disappointed to find that the pair of shoes I wanted most were out of stock and as such the order for them was cancelled. Instead of getting two pairs of shoes I ended getting only one pair and had to pay £5 delivery for that pair. I would have appreciated the option to cancel the whole order at the time when told the pair I wanted was out of stock. Disappointed on the whole with the USC experience. Thanking you Ross Hamilton

I have been asked to review a product before receiving it. I ordered 8 days ago and selected click and collect and not only do I have to pay £5 (unless I pay for something in store and get £5 taken off) I still have to wait 8 days or more for my product. If I am having to pay and collect it should be a mucher quicker service. Never had to wait this long with any other retailer. It was a gift for a birthday and now it will be a delayed birthday gift.

I order it shoes and i get it wrong size and they was asking to send them pictures of everything even size in side the shoe

I have rated you poor at the moment. contacted customer service regarding parcel not delivered. I have waited 5 x working days for a POD. Really, if I left my customers waiting this long for a POD, I would loose my job. Not a happy Customer. Your customer service REF CAS-4267522-L4P1P4

Makes no sense how the click and collect is for a Sports Direct store when there is a USC store on the floor above. Returning things from online orders is a pain - the fact that you have to pay for the postage is a joke. The selection within the Cardiff store is horrendous, forcing customers to try online

Didnt get all my items that i ordered. i would made my order, if i would know that. because i had to pay for delivery fee that its not small. (im living in Lithuania). also i havent got any bonuses or anything because of that. very disappointed.

I ordered 3 items which obviously were showing in stock, paid almost £5 delivery which spread over the 3 items isn't so bad. Then two items were canceled stating out of stock, even though when I went back on line I was still able to add them to my basket. I wasn't given the option to cancel the remaining item or offered free deliver if I wanted to re order the other two again. Even if i now return the item I wont get refunded the postage. Feel a bit robbed if I'm honest!

Received 4 CK boxer shorts, boxes all beat up, and one pair still had the security tag on, which I took to sports direct to take off. Amazingly the products were in good condition.

The shopping was ok. The shipping is a big problem. My order hasn't arrived yet and also I cannot track my shippment. The tracking number provided is invalid on the transporter website. Hope I will get my order(it's already been a week) but it is very unpleasent not being able to track my order. Have been shopping online alot on major websites - amazon, sportsdirect, etc. Never had this problem ever.

I ordered some Calvin Klein joggers and a couple of Tshirts for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. I received my order within 5-7 days which was great (just in time for Valentine’s Day) although when it arrived, the items arrived out of the packaging.. and looked as if they’d been worn. When spending £70 on branded clothing you do not expect this to be the case. Will be ordering directing from Calvin Klein next time. Abit of a let down!

One item was not packaged very well & arrived really creased as a result in ripped packaging. Also costly to pay for delivery and return. Would not use again for this reason
