Paid for next day delivery and it was three days late

Happy with the product but when charging £4.99 for store delivery I would expect it to take less than 7 days to arrive.

Have not received my order yet. Used click and collect and ordered 8days ago, have heard nothing from usc since 7days ago

Between ordering the items and then actually arriving, one of the items I ordered became out of stock. Quite annoyed as the website still allowed me to select and order the item I wanted even though there were none left. Did get the money back but I was very disappointed not to receive my item.

Half my order cancelled as not in stock. Extremely unhelpful and rude customer services (Anita). Won't bother again.

For a paid service, delivery is very difficult. Choose a different delivery method

Encountered a problem with a voucher code I was sent during my purchased, emailed and had someone reply saying it would be because of terms sent in the email but there wasn’t anyway which is ridiculous. Ordered my coat finally and when it arrived it wasn’t fully as expected, the coat must weigh a good few pounds, it’s a double zip which is great for cold weather but there’s no need for it to be so heavy

They wrongly described both items I ordered. I asked if they would pay for return postage(£6.50)but they've so far not answered. Items were not properly bagged.

One pair arrived totally different shades. One had clearly been on display. Awful. The other pair were fine

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 8 days ago, paid £4.99 for delivery and for the last 5 days the tracking has said on its way to the courier. Emailed USC customer service and am still waiting to hear back. Disappointed in all honesty

Awful, same customer service as Ryan Air. They do not reply to emails of complaint. The quality of goods wasn't impressive. Nor as expected, had to pay delivery both ways, therefore, cost me £26.00 to just try on clothes.

Ordered a few items but then actually only received 3 out of the 7 due to them not having them in stock? The boys underwear i got the packet was open and scruffy.. The footwear wasn't properly packed either.. hopefully if i was to order again from there again it will be better service.

Very unhappy with the returns policy. Most retailers offer return to store as well as free returns by post. Has put me off ordering again

Wanted to try on several pairs of shoes in store (Dundee). Absolutely none in my size. Had to order online, delivery fee huge compared to competitors and shoes did not arrive “next day” as promised. Complained and was given £2 refund.

You should not pay to pick up from an another store e.g. sports direct. After purchasing I got another email saying something is out of stock so why are you saying that the size is available. It should not take longer to deliver to a store than to your house. I never got an email to say that my order is ready to be picked up from the store so I haven’t yet.

Ordereda size 4.5 got sent a 3 paid next day delivery as needed them for a dance show ended up getting refund

I ordered three watches on the 23rd of February using the USC app, the app is well set up and easy to use but now nine days later and the watches still haven't arrived. Also there are postage charges whenever you buy anything from USC on the app or online, I think orders over fifty pounds should have free postage like many other retailers.
