Returned item and specifically asked for an exchange for another size. However the order was cancelled and refunded (USC documented change of mind which is incorrect) even though there was stock of the size required. So to order again I’d have to pay postage yet again. Terrible

My order I dont know what happened but you refund me because you said that the courier services weren't able to deliver my order. However I typed the tracking number you gave me and I can't get any info about the delivery on wndirect... Still trying to figure out what happened.....

I don't feel its fair to charge the same for click and collect as delivery. The shop I collected from was organised very poorly with no staff at collection point. Won't be shopping there again.

Made me pay for delivery when I ordered expensive items with worth over £100 and made me pay to return 1 of them when it was too small. Package was also left in food bin and covered in bin juice!!

I payed for next day delivery payed £6.99 for it and it came in 3 days!!! I want my £6.99 back!

Online shop was fine but found customer service in the Hemel Hempstead branch was lacking. Bought vans from there and within a month had broken. Staff weren’t keen to help

Having ordered two items at£47 with £4.99 postage, I had to return one At a cost of £3.50,no option too return to my local store So wouldn't use this service again

I placed the order for some shoes for my son. I ordered a size 1, however when the delivery was made and I open the package the box the shoes where in said size one, but the shoes where a size 10, which would not fit my son. I paid for delivery to my home address for convenience, because the delivery was wrong I had to go into store to get the right size. If I wanted to go into store I would have and saved myself £4.99 for delivery

Ordered over £100 worth of clothes and paid fpr next day delievery. Didn't receive the clothes till 3 days later. However i did get a refund of the delivery.

Cancelled part of the order as not everything in stock after I paid and now I have 2 pay 2 lots of delivery. Delivery took a week. I wouldn't use again.

Selection and quality of clothing is great but I will be very unlikely to order from the website again due to; 1) Charges for delivery/collection from store? Even with a voucher this is a bad policy and needs to change. 2) More importantly, I was advised by the Roundhay (Leeds) store that my returns with the RMA paperwork AND receipt cannot be processed as I did not return them in the black, unbranded disposable plastic bag they were delivered to store in? I should not need to explain why that is plainly ridiculous and not inline with distance selling regulations but the store would not budge?! I therefore will budge and make future online purchases elsewhere, perhaps one of the many retailers that respects the customer/seller relationship.

You are one of the only major retailers that charge for delivery and returns, total joke! I even tried the item I ordered on in store but wasn’t available in the colour I wanted so ordered online with a £5 delivery. When the item arrived it was a lot smaller in the colour I chose so now I have to pay a return post cost! Last time I order from USC!

Online got my order wrong. Left a security tag on the jacket and the boxer shorts were different to what was ordered.

Good price and easy website to use. £4.99 delivery and it doesn’t arrive for over a week is really bad. Most companies don’t charge delivery and items come much quicker
