“Sorry, but your delivery costs are too expensive. £4.99 to have it delivered, decided it wasn’t suitable and needed returning. Minimum cost of £13.50 to return. So I’ve paid£18.50, with nothing to show, wont be ordering with you again.”

“My order came the boxes were all ripped and the tshirts were supposed to be white they were filthy. I placed the order it took 3 weeks to come definitely wont be ordering from here again terrible service !”

“The postage and packaging is very expensive compared to other sites. The picture on the site shows the shoes I bought as a different colour and I didn’t receive any paperwork in the parcel, shambles! I’m still waiting for a reply from you.”

“Happy with order, arrived quickly. One of the items still had a security tag attached which I had to travel to store to remove. I did contact customer services a few days ago when it arrived, still no reply. This reflects my rating score. Thanks”

“The website was easy to use. But the delivery service has been shocking, they said the item would be delivered on Friday and now it won’t be delivered until next week. On both Thursday & Friday it was put in the van for delivery & not delivered.”

“delivery was great , only problem the boxer shorts 2 pack had plastic tags attached to them and i dont know how to get them off the other pack of boxers where fine , im scoring a poor for staff not taking the tags off . ive always had great shopping experience with usc previously but not this time i shop online because im disable and cant get out much to the shops .”

“I was not impressed by my delivery: the products were covered in price stickers that were really hard to get off. Also, one of the lids was cracked. There was too much plastic bubble wrap packaging too.”

“Didn't have item size in store - had to order online and pay £4.99 for Click and Collect in store - Will never give a positive review for any store that charges for this. Poor customer service.”
