Ordered 3 items, had to pay £5.99 postage for a click & collect. 2 items weren’t suitable so I assumed I would be able to return them to my local store as I had paid on a credit note, but it stated that I had to return them by post which has now cost me another £3 . Awaiting my refund for these items and I definitely won’t be ordering online with you again

Still waiting for the parcel to arrive vey disappointing seemingly been delivered to The carrier Hermes then nothing happened from then on.

Either of the shoes I received by pick-up point delivery is noticeably worn. Indeed, the left and right shoe have different shade of the same colour. I did not notice it at home; however, the following morning under sunlight it was all evident. The right shoe must have been exposed in store for trial. It is even slightly stretched as a proof of what I've just reported. Once I wore them on I couldn't return them, I suppose. I assume you needed to get rid of that shoe and cleverly thought to deliver it to the first dumb fellow who might have not spot anything by all means. Such an abysmal affair for me. I did not have choice than ordering online since the store in Oxford Street was devoid of my size. Do not count on me for any further online purchase in the future. Just in-store. I chose not to give "very poor" rating merely because the delivery to my chosen pick-up point was efficient.

2 out of 3 of my shirts were fine but one was in absolutely awful condition, to the point whoever packed it clearly didn’t care what state it was in

So I had to pay for delivery and returns a total of nearly £20. Poor service really as it’s an online company so not even if I could pop into store! Won’t be rushing back to shop with them

Box was put into large bag. Box was damaged on delivery, shoes had come out and white shoes now covered in marks from the black packaging

I ordered a pair of trainers online. They were delivered quickly however when I received the trainers I noticed both of them had already been worn as the bottom of both shoes were dirty and there was a mark on the toe on the right trainer. I had already thrown my old trainers away as I knew these ones were on the way and so couldn't send them back otherwise I would have had no shoes. Have to say I was rather disappointed and can't say I will be using USC again or recommending them.

I’ve ordered twice now from usc, the products are great, but each time I’ve ordered, at least one item has been cancelled by them due to no longer being in stock.

Ordered trainers which were poorly packaged and had fallen out of their box into the packaging in transit. There was a mark on one of the shoes and the laces on one shoe were longer than the other.

Took near 3 weeks to be delivered to store. Had to buy my son new outfit as it was for his birthday and didn't arrive on time. Received my 4.99 delivery back but still out money on new outfit.

Returned item and specifically asked for an exchange for another size. However the order was cancelled and refunded (USC documented change of mind which is incorrect) even though there was stock of the size required. So to order again I’d have to pay postage yet again. Terrible
