I received the item , however I am no happy at all ! They have been worn the reason why I haven’t returned them is because we have a upcoming function I won’t be ordering from here again !!!

The products I recieved were as described but the next day delivery service was not. It took over a week for all the items on the order to be delivered without any correspondence to explain why even after I emailed three times. But the delivery charge has since been refunded which was a positive.

my order was sent in 2 parts, i was not told this until contacting customer support via email. the bulk of my order took over 1 week to arrive (i paid next day delivery) not acceptable for an order of almost £750

The clothes that were sent out the bags were all ripped and when returned parcel back was told refund would be put back within 1 to 3 days this is now day 4 and still nothing

I paid £55 for a cap and when it arrived there was a sale £44 price on the hat?? Thanks for ripping me off

I paid for next day delivery and my parcel came 4 days later. I returned some shorts and I was refunded quickly.

Low score as one of the items sent was soaking wet. Whoever packed this must have seen the problem as there was water in the sealed bag, label was all wet too. It has now cost me money to return the item to them.

Ordered a size 12 and was sent a size 11. Went to return in a shop they refused to return in store and said i have to do it online...

I had to chase my order, which I can understand if you have a problem with warehouse stock but then to have to chase the higher rate delivery charge refund is poor. I know my order is trivial to you but it leaves a bad impression of your company.

I ordered a t shirt and 3 pairs of shorts, took over 2 weeks to arrive in store, when I did get an email I went in and took ages to get my items as it came in 2 separate parcels and the staff couldn’t find them both

Not trying to be snide but i ordered a t-shirt and it didnt come. Im not sure why . Also bought a t-shirt and pants with it and want in my size ( i know that my fault ) but can u help me if anyone is actually readin this thank you

I’m normally very happy with the service from USC, but after going to collect my parcel and being told it was a different store this changed. I then went to the second store to be told the parcel was at the original store....I haven’t had time to go back to the original store as it is out of my way. Hoping to get there this week and hoping my parcel will be there!

The delivery system operated by Hermes meant delivery was only offered between 3-5 as most people work this meant I could not be in to receive the parcel and am now left with out the goods and a long wait for a refund. Very poor care.

I am desapointed because as example they don't have things in stock but still allow us to buy, plus it does not exist somenthing to cancel the order. For example i bought something such a hoodie and some socks and they cancel the hoodie and i pay only for sock to arrive 5 £!! Is unacceptable. They should reduce price for delivery like 3.99 or so or to have a buton to cancel the order or somenthing. Each time i buy something i am dessapointed . Plus they do not have option to offer you another size or another color for those money they just cancel.

Delivery arrived on time but the shoe box was covered in dust and my white CK T Shirt had dark dust marks all over it too, hope it comes out in the wash. A note to the Warehouse Manager; Get that factory cleaned.
