Product fine. Paid for next day delivery before 7pm at extra cost and got delivered 2 days later!! So I am out of pocket, won’t use again!!

ordered a Hugo Boss t shirt last week and collected it from sportsdirect as requested. But after I collected it I opened the package and it wasn't what I ordered. It was a black hugo boss t shirt but the logo on the chest was a white rectangle with logo in black writing which I think cheapens the top. I was instructed to go to the USC store in East kilbride where I was told that they didn't keep Hugo Boss but the guy who was helpful he thinks maybe it is the wrong image on website. He called your store in Braehead he carefully described the top we were looking for and they confirmed they had it he actually described it twice and he was assured that they did indeed have the top set aside for us. So we then left East Kilbride to travel over to Braehead and when we got there it was the same as the one as I wrongly received. I'm not really one for complaining but as you can see by my previous email that I really needed this for Saturday night for my wife's birthday party and all the running about when I was already short on time has left a bit of a bitter taste as this was my first order with yourselves.

Terrible, ordered up 4 items, only 1 arrived. Had to chase and cancel appointments waiting in on the second delivery. To note further - I did pay for a premium delivery.

The items I received was for a gift the packaging it came in was disgusting the box was all ripped and the items was just screwed in it. The package was disgusting

Bought in good faith at a good price, but one shoe had clearly been worn - dirt on the sole, creased leather and laces had clearly been tighed. Bit disappointing that they had not gone through quality control. I would have sent back but for the good price.

Delivery is more expensive than other online stores and you cannot return to a store, you have to pay your own postage to return via a Post Office. This puts me off ordering again

Paid for next day shipping before the deadline, the product came a day later, and when I received the product the price on the tag was £5 less than it was advertised on the internet

After ordering on a few occasions, this time has not been a great service. Received an email to say my £242 order was on its way, 12 items. To receive a delivery of only 1 item. Waited a few days to see if usc would contact me, nothing had to email to be told thete was a delay in picking my order. Waited another 4 days before receiving an email to say my order was on its way. Recieve it and theres still an item missing...another email sent to customer services.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans. One pair in perfect condition, second pair, no labels, white bleach marks and coloured stains indicating they'd been worn. Had to pay the return postage which is a joke.

one shoe was faulty where the sole was not stuck down on shoe and son could not get shoe without the sole lining rolling up Ordered children's shoes a few times and always been happy with purchase but this time it is faulty - please check shoes before despatch. There was also no invoice / despatch note in my parcel.
