“I was really disappointed that even the click and collect option was an extra £5. This slightly ruined what a good bargain the shoes were and meant it was no benefit over getting a delivery direct to my address (which I did).”

“I’m still waiting on my parcel, 6 working days later . I can’t make a comment on product but perhaps you should review your delivery service. Other products ordered from rival companies later in week are already here.”

“Charging £5 to deliver to your store for a current season item, albeit a size sold out in store, is excessive. This is particularly annoying when you have to wait 5 working days after payment has been taken. It would have been more palatable if it was being delivered to a home address or to somewhere other than a USC store.”

“I am happy with the clothes that were delivered and it was pretty quick to be fair, great quality for money too. I bought them as an Xmas gift so I can't lie I was disappointed with the packaging some were in bags some were not, some were all crumpled and wrongly folded honestly looked like they had been refunded and then shipped back out immediately with no care giving. Was also surprised to see that they came from sports direct when I purchased from USC? On the plus side I was giving a free rock climbing safe bag and I have no idea why hahaha but thank you :) Love the clothes, packaging not so much! Sorry guys!”

“Product was good, came in good quality but was quite disappointed when it arrived with the security tag left on! Had to go to a local shop to have it removed, wasn’t happy with that”

“Just need to make sure your 100% on items buying. If not you pay return cost yourself so not sure id use again and have to arrange it all yourself.”

“I had problem first my delivery was late in commimg considering l paid nxt day delivery . Second you emailed me a 20 pd voucher to use l ordered a hooded boss sweater put in my code and pin and it still charged me full payment for the sweater top and no one can rectify this for me yours miss carvill”
