“Always a nice speedy delivery. Items don't always arrive in original packaging. Returns are easy enough too, although maybe a prepaid return would be nice even it was for purchases over a certain amount to qualify. Don't always show sizing charts for all brands which if you are like me puts me off buying some items knowing I have to pay for returns if the gamble doesn't pay off and it doesn't fit.”

“Overall service was good, took a while for the order to get to store but website was okay to navigate. Only thing that irritates me is whenever I go to one of your stores you never have a size 12 in footwear in stock even though they say they go up to a size 12. So I have to pay extra money every time because of the size of my feet which can't be helped. It'd be nice to have size 12 in store so I can actually see if I like them and they're comfortable rather than pay more online! Then if I don't like them and then have to return them. And waste my time and sports direct/usc's time”

“Ordering online was straightforward and the shoes I bought were a brilliant piece, £20 off the rrp. The delivery of the parcel was unsatisfactory as they were delivered to the wrong address, left in a bin at a house further along my road. The status on my tracking emails said it had been delivered and signed for which was untrue. USC were great in following this up but Hermes did not provide a good service.”

“Having ordered before the whole ordering, confirmation and communication is very good, however this time the size I ordered was too small and the items had to be exchanged for another size with one being unavailable. I found the ability to discuss other colours or products very difficult and now end up with a refund and one exchange which is not what I wanted and trying to communicate this was difficult at best.”

“I really do love USC due to its wide range and good sizes. Most places only do boys sizes up to XL and I am XXL and even XXXL in aome sizes so it caters for me really well. The only reason it didnt get a 5 is the lack of correct sizing charts. The mens size chart is wrong for the majority of brands but has bever changed. Resilve that USC and your a 5 out of 5 all day long x”
