“Very pleased with the Tommy Hillfiger sweatshirt bought as a gift. It fits perfectly and colour exactly same as photograph. It was delivered on time and I was kept informed of delivery time. Very happy with the service.”

“Absolutely abysmal store with quite possibly the worst customer service I've experienced. Well I say experienced but that's stretching it quite a bit. Trying to get a simple answer to a simple question is seemingly impossible. Ask this after ordering a top for a gift in size medium, which arrives with the stitched in label stating XS and the attached label saying medium. Definitely will not use again and in no circumstances would I recommend. Hopefully other potential customers will read this before spending money with this outfit.”

“Well i bumped into this web and i thought it's one of those scum targeting festival shoppers but i was surprised to have received quality cloths for xmas gifts. I had to return all other clothes i bought elsewhere at a higher price. Well done but bear in mind when buying clothes , ready descriptions as some of them are fit clothes”

“Terrible! Ordered clothes on the 15/12/18 and it’s now Christmas Day and still no delivery. Said 3-5 working days and tracking said it was in my local Antrim depot on the 21st loaded onto a van ready for delivery. Terrible service and due to poor delivery I’ve £260 of presents not delivered in time for Christmas. Will not use again after this. Still have no received the order.”

“The stuff I wanted was in stock , like the variety us has online. Don't think they should charge for you to click and collect tho as probably having it alongside a delivery to the store anyway. .”
