“Ordering is easy enough,but returned to Shirebrook store to save on return post to only be offered exchange or store credit, if I wanted a refund I had to mail back to Shirebrook which I think is unreasonable it ended up costing £18 in delivery costs by the time I'd ordered the second time”

“In general, delivery was fine. But the coat has already had 2 buttons fall off 🙁 I have managed to sew them back on but I have just began to think why it was on sale”

“It seems like my parcel was just thrown in the delivery van, one box was flat, and the other box was completely destroyed with the shoes out of the box. this is not what you want to see.”

“Jeans were great and a hard to find pair/edition in my size shows good selection in Police menswear. Delivery not so great, expensive and slow compared to elsewhere (for example MnM Direct do free next day shipping and they aren’t more expensive for the garments (generally).”

“Great range of products. However, I recently had to send back some shoes that were too large and it’s a little disappointing that you have to pay for the return postage when the delivery cost can be quite steep anyway.”

“Delivery on time, goods well packaged and excellent value. Only downside is the cost of delivery and returns, most online retailers offer free returns. Unfortunately due to return postage costs would reluctant to use again.”
