“New customer. Order placed on the 15th September. Still waiting for goods. Hermes utter waste of space. Updates continually stated goods out for delivery and not received. Then received an update stating that it had been delivered and signed for. ..Then received another update saying it was our for delivery! Expected tomorrow. Let's see!”

“Goods ok. Delivery by Hermes very poor. I was in but thrown over the garden gate before I could get to the door. Told by the female driver I should have been quicker!!!!!!”

“The item arrived as promised but, The packaging had been torn open and the polo shirt just screwed up in it and not folded. I assume this was a return from someone, but not the way a new customer should receive goods. I am unsure if I’ll use you again. Carl”

“The store doesn’t give refunds. You have to check everything properly before purchasing. Limited sizes. Some stuff comes up small. T shirts in piles that look the same but have different price tags on. Shame as there is some bargains to be had but you really have to watch what your buying and try it on as you won’t get a refund. I purchased 2 tops that came up ridiculously small, came to £30. Took them back got a credit note. Used that online to buy something else for £28 plus delivery and that was also to small. So wasted money on postage for delivery and returning the item costing £10 in total and ended up back with a £28 credit note again. So I done £10 on postage for fun !! Not impressed. Only clothes shop I know of that don’t give refunds even tho consumer rights act says everyone is entitled !!”

“Easy to shop online. Delivery was a few days which was fine. Although my pink tshirt was covered in black marks from the black packaging. The tshirt wasn’t in a separate packaging just at the bottom of the bag. Disappointed as would cost to send back after paying a delivery charge. Shoes were boxed and arrived in good condition.”

“No issues with the online site or the navigation. Very user friendly. My issue is with the courier service you have decided to use. I still haven't received my parcel which was due to arrive 7 days ago. The parcel tracker states it has arrived at a safe place and yet there's no indication as to where that is. The courier website is a disgrace and is next to impossible to navigate to get in touch with someone.”

“Ordered and paid for 3 items, received email a day later 1 was out of stock. Once package was delivered, the tops were crumpled/Creasy. They were designer but looked more like 2nd hand. I would recommend to look into your packaging.”
