“I have had US mobile for 4 years and have had great service. I recently moved, and their GSM coverage does not provide service at my new house. They made switching to the Super LTE service very easy, and their online chat representative, Haroon, was prompt and helpful at navigating me through the process. My rate would have gone up during the switch, but they allowed me to maintain my current rate.”

“Customer service blew my expectations out of the water u get a human within a minute or 2 literally! I have dealt with ATNT plenty n US MOBILE customer service blows ATNT customer service away! Wanted to say thanks again to Haroon S. LOVE LOVE LOVE my US MOBILE service ABSOLUTELY light years speed ahead of ATNT cell phone stored not even close they made me a believer FOR SURE!!!!”
