“Even though I am leaving US Mobile, their off boarding process was simple, and efficient. The kind service agent I spoke to was able to help me port my number, and I enjoyed my time at US Mobile. If not for my rising data needs (and unfortunately rising costs) I would have happily stayed. Thank you.”

“Most companies would have just taken the extra payment. Thank you for your help! I had a very emotionally tiring day, am so disappointed iolo would have an obvious supervisor cause me such problems. The tech support guys were very helpful and nice.”

“I have had some problems getting my number ported over from Sprint. It was my fault, because I gave the wrong pin # to start. I got a new pin # from Sprint, but this was not registered with them, so my number was still not ported. Finally I called sprint yesterday and got yet another new pin # and all along I have been doing chats with US Mobile Help Staff. They have been wonderful, always so helpful and patient. And always available - this is so great. I think you have the best customer service people of any company I have experienced.”
