I called in to port all my five line out because of the horrible experience with a chat person just to fix my darn DATA but as soon as i was connected to wonderful Bakhtawar, she had my service up and running in no time. never have I ever heard such a soothing voice before... Bless you my dear,, you are wonderful and you have made me like us mobile. you have been brought up well by your parents and i'm sure you have been trained well by your amazing manager. Love you xx

I had a fantastic experience with Ali Arslan and want to make sure my feedback reaches him so that he is recognized for his excellent customer service. I subscribed to US Mobile starter plan but my data service was not working. There were some technical issues with my phone and we had to add APNs manually. Ali not only sent me the required APNs but waited patiently on the call while I was inputting the APN details. This exercise didn’t fix the issue wholly and he had to change some other parameters at the backend. Once everything was in place, the data service worked flawlessly. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism Ali displayed while we were on the call. This interaction is definitely going to make a US Mobile customer for many years to come. Thank you, Ali once again for your help and time.

I had an excellent experience today, while calling in to US Mobile. It is rare to receive such thorough and patient customer service. Nobel, took his time to assist me, regarding multiple issues and inquiries, as well as saved me money on my phone lines. Thank you US Mobile for such excellent service, a fantastic customer experience and awesome savings! New people at the company could truly learn from Nobel as he is an exemplary representative! :)

Amazing customer service. Nobel walked me through the entire process of transferring my account over and answered questions I didn't even know I had yet (but needed to know). He also noticed I was using a different amount of data than I was paying for and helped guide me through switching plans and choosing the plan that would work best for me - a plan that actually was better for my needs. Highly recommend U.S. Mobile.

Aden was AMAZING! After I ported my husband's # to IS Mobile, we found we were still on T-Mobile's network. We'd had trouble with them and wanted to switch to Verizon. That was easy enough but the physical SIM card we had was defective and the Verizon database that US Mobile uses said our eSIM slot was locked. After hours of chatting and calling between Google, US Mobile and Verizon, Adeen figured out what was wrong and fixed it so the eSim -and the phone! - now works. This was especially important because my husband starts chemo tomorrow 150 miles away and needed a working phone. Give that man a raise! I'd give him 100 stars if I could. He turned hours of frustration into calm at a time when very little is going right for our family.

Nobel, one of the best customer service representatives, made somewhat of a tricky situation into the best possible outcome where I was able to officially join the US Mobile community! Nobel was on the phone with multiple team members to make sure I could get my problems resolved in just one call. From now on, I will be asking directly for Nobel with any concerns I may have in the future. He is truly a very pleasant person with obvious passion for his work and deserves a raise with the multiple problems he helped with!

I called on 02/16/24 and talked with Shan Ali, a Product Experience Analyst in your support department in Pakistan. He is one of the BEST customer support representatives I have encountered, worldwide. He was patient and still managed to keep up a good pace with me and achieve the answers to ALL my questions. He understood all the various rabbit trails of questions that I had, and he supplemented if I missed any connections that would be critical in switching my service. He also walked me thru the exact detailed steps (in sequence!) that I need to complete in order to switch my 15 year account from a different provider to US Mobile. I have testimony from 2 other friends that your actual service doesn't slow down or buffer out after obtaining your service, and they both were pleased with the human support they received. So I will be switching this weekend....it is a big step for a 15-year die-hard from a different global provider. I look forward to your excellent service for a long time, hopefully. People like Shan are a terrific asset to your gaining market-share.

I have been with US Mobile for about 6 years now. Anytime I've had to interact with their representatives, it has been a positive experience. During this time, I have never been disappointed by any of my interactions with their representatives. In my last interaction, I was helped by Nobel, whose friendly and patient demeanor helped me turn an unpleasant situation (losing my phone) into a minor mishap. He was patient, kind, helpful, personable, informative and empathetic to my situation. Flexibility, coverage and affordability were key factors for me to switch to US Mobile 6 years ago. I am still here because of their service team and representatives such as Nobel. As my life has evolved, so has my phone service needs, so I appreciate the flexibility that US Mobile offers. I am a hiker and often find myself in remote wilderness areas where only the Verizon network is available. US mobile's coverage has been flawless for me. Having the ability to change my plan off season, to have a discount as I re-enter college and to live my life without strings attached to a giant corporation and their suffocating antics is extremely refreshing.
