“Just spoke with Nobel to activate my son's cell phone on US Mobile. Great experience! Nobel was patient and knowledgeable and had me set up in just about 5 minutes. Thanks Nobel! Kevin”

“Mr. Noble, at us mobile has the best customer service which is second to none he's very patient and extremely helpful he stayed on the phone with me until the very end he didn't stop until my service was up and running he swapped me out from a physical sims card to an esims I'm extremely happy thanks Again Mr. Noble.”

“I dont know what to say. I was on the line for more with Nobel for several hours trying to activate my two new lines. He was "AWESOME". Nobel was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. Nobel remedied the problem. I couldn't be happier.”

“Wow, I am impressed with the excellence of Nobel's help this morning!!! I had several issues and he very kindly and calmly addressed each issue with competence and caring. It felt like a friend was helping me out bc he cared about resolving the issues but also was friendly. I had fun resolving my issue.....what!!? Fun solving my problem....if only all problems were fun to resolve!!!”

“Samir was so awesome. I could have asked for better customer service over the phone. Samir took the time to walk me through several troubleshooting methods to assist me with an issue where my iPhone would not connect to the wi-fi which led to a resolution of the problem. Not only did he take the time to help me, but he also advised me that when I performed the last step he suggested, our phone call would be disconnected so I would need to re-enter the wi-fi password and he would call me back which he did. Five stars across the board.”

“The Representative, Aizaz Khattak who assisted me thru several problems was just a very knowledgeable, nice and patient person. I felt bad taking so much of his time but he walked me thru all I needed to do to get activated. The excellent customer service was very much appreciated! 😊”

“My name is Bruce Ogilve and I would like to thank Nobel of customer service for manually setting up my wife's cellphone. He thoroughly went step by step with us and even saved us money, setting us up on a shared data account. Nobel was very knowledgeable, polite, kind and we can't thank him enough for all his help. We commented on his beautiful accent and found out he is from Islamabad, Pakistan. Nobel is a huge asset to US Mobile.”

“Nobel with USMobile was great! He goes above and beyond to make sure that the technical issues are resolved and I and was happy at end the of the call. USMobile in general has the best customer service I have ever experienced and this interaction with Nobel was the best so far.”
